Different atmosphere

Cafe was funny. Music was cool, but staff were too slow, they were kind. We tried cakes and coffie, they are okey, if you desire to try different atmosphere, you can try.

We've been looking for chance to visit the place, but thanks to dreadful smog it's even impossible to enter inside. No metter how tasty cakes are, we strongly not recommend the place.

Nice - I'd probably like this place if it was round the corner from where I live in London. It's pretty cool, with good music, and staff who are a bit too relaxed and seem to have a lot of friends stopping by. Customers can get in the way, sometimes. Good coffee and Georgian pies. Seems like there's a proper... More

A nice and cosy place. No latin alphabet street sign outside, that we hardly found it. We tried peach tart and it was very delicous. But the service was very slow and not smiling.

This Cafe has the best cakes of Batumi. Every day they have fresh and delicious cakes. The atmosphere is warm, just a little uncomfortable chairs and armchairs. Also the service is a little bit slowly. But if you want to eat relay good cakes, you should visit the Kafe Literaturuli.

The atmosphere itself is nice (location, interior) but... The waiters need 10 minutes to notice you in a half empty cafe. Spinach soup offered in menu was missing. Spinach pie too. We ordered coffee with milk but got black coffee, being forced to remind about milk. We got salad, neither salt nor pepper offered. None of our 3 mobile devices... More

This is a lovely cafe with friendly staff nice food and marvelous cakes and they have awesome wifi. I was here with a former Peace Corps volunteer who liked the quiet cozy atmosphere and affordable prices. It's the perfect place to write a post card and work.

The cakes are very nice and the coffee is proper Italian Lavazza. Smoky atmosphere inside and no guarantee you get away from smokers outside either. Service could be friendlier towards obvious tourists - I get the impression they take their reputation for granted - not bothered whether they impress or not - very common attitude in Georgia.

So, this is a typical cafe but I think the biggest draw is the selection of desserts. Sitting outside is nice if you aren't right next to a table of smokers. Inside was way too stuffy (I'm sure it's even worse when it gets really hot!). I recommend the cake with raspberries - it was moist and tasty. I had... More

It is certainly a place for tourists. Prices are higher than in ordinary Georgian eateries. They charge 9 GEL for a typical Georgian vegetable salad while you pay 3-4 GEL in other places. Very smoke-y inside. Average cakes. Average coffee.
