This is one of the 2 options for dining outside the extremely over-priced Le Meridien hotel. The food is fairly good quality and reasonably priced. The night we were there only one waiter was on duty and he had to do everything (serve, bus tables, cash out, etc.) Needless to say, service was slow. We ordered pizza but were unable... More

As other reviewers we wanted somewhere other than Le Meridiene to eat. We were a family of 11. The host quickly assembled a table to suit us in airconditioned comfort. As it was between Christmas and New Year not everything on the menu was available. In good English he advised us on the best options for us. A reasonably priced... More

I was booked at Le Meridien hotel as the stop over for half a day after a cruise. Went to the museum of Tahiti which is a short walk. On the way back we stopped in. I had the curry shrimp with coconut milk and my wife had the shrimp with ginger, scallions and garlic sauce. Both dishes were very... More

We went here for dinner with friends as an alternative to La Meridien which is next door and we all had pizza which wasn't great but we never found great food in Papeete but it made a change from the mediocre food at the hotel. We had just disembarked from a six star cruise liner so we may have been... More

It is right next door to the Le Meridian...5 minute walk. It serves very good pizza, pasta, etc at prices better than the hotel. It is not cheap but less than the hotel. We went for lunch & I ordered a calzone which was enormous....big enough for at least 2 people. Service was prompt & friendly

Wasn't sure what to expect from this restaurant when we walked by, but we decided to try it, and were pleasantly surprised. The pizza was a good size for two to share. They offer a large variety of stone oven baked pizzas. We tried two different types and they were both very good. We recommended this place to others from... More

Stayed in Le Meridien and right next door is this super pizza restaurant. The place outside(eat outside) doesn't look like much but brick-oven pizza to die for! Had what we would call "the works." Definitely the way to go if your a pizza lover.

We were so happy to learn about this restaurant through Trip Advisor, located next door to Le Meridien, where we stayed one night pre-cruise in January. At the resort, a mediocre cocktail was $20 and a sandwich was almost $30. A short walk to Le Cigalon, where we enjoyed a decent meal and a great bottle of wine for less... More

Had dinner at Le Cigalon and we were quite disappointed. My wife's meal was quite dry and we asked for soy sauce, but they could not provide any. Mine also was dry, but I could cope with it. I had a meat course, my wife had fish. Very disappointed.

Ate at restaurant twice - but warn you - have only pizza or pasta. My husband had a seafood gratin and it was awful. Otherwise nice. Reasonable prices.
