We had a tour of the purpose built castle then sat on the terrace and enjoyed tea or coffee. In the late afternoon we went into the dining hall and chose our meals - salmon or leg of beef, with vegetable accompaniments. The staff lit a huge fire in the dining room which was appreciated by us as it was... More

the place is fantastic , i really enjoyed staying because of the view , food is really really more than tasty, everything is great except for the staff , they don't know how to deal or talk with people , they only care about rules, they don't even smile , anyway you will love staying there and you won't want... The view and pool are amazing.. The place is unique, but: - Staff are arrogant, care much about telling you rules rather than being smiling - Paying at the gate is not understandable ! - "Non drinking on pool" rule is very awkward.. I just they are afraid from broken glass on/in pool... They can solve this with plastic cups..... More

I've visited the place few times and all the time had only amazing unforgetable memories. The food is rare to compare with any other place, the spirit of the place is gypnotizing and relaxing at the same time, treasuury room is hidden jewell. Really you have to visit this place. Besides, it has a swmming-pool and sauna! It cant be described... More

The restaurant is unique in the fact that it is a castle nestled way atop a mountain overlooking the Red Sea in Taba. You are looking at the Saudi Arabian shores. It is not designed for family with children under the age of 6 years. There are cliff views and if you bring younger children, you must have them under... More

You cant call it a restaurant, it is like a one day resort. It s a castle in Sinai viewing the red sea. The castle has a small pool , a bar and a restaurant. you can even do some shopping while waiting for the extra delicious food experience. go down the dungeon and buy some local glassware and handmade... We went to this restaurant from the Sofitel at Taba Heights because I had seen it on the Trip advisor site and thought it looked interesting. It was the week of the rioting in Cairo but there was no sign of any trouble in Taba. The hotel booked our taxi and the meal time. When we arrived we were greeted... More

The place is well organized and the staff led by Lucy is very organized but I have some reservations :- 1- The food takes around 3.5 hours to be prepared which is way too long for lunch. 2- No. Price list or brief description for the food so we were a bit surprised about the veal when it was actually... We have visited Taba around 18 times now, after doing most of the local tourist attractions we were looking for something else to do. Our friends had suggested going to spend the day at Castle Zaman. We arrived around noon after a 20min car journey from Taba Heights to this amazing place. We started with a refreshing drink and ordered... More
