They make a good taco here. We stayed right behind it so it was very convenient. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Everybody was freindly. The prices are a little high but the food is good.

From 4-5 is happy hour, and tacos are half price...BYOB; Bring tequila or rum, and you can buy the frozen makings of a margarita or pina colada. The fish tacos used to be great, now they're just OK. If you're there for happy hour, it's a real deal...otherwise it's average food at Avalon prices. The tortillas are corn, so the... More

Went on a Monday night, sign said sit anywhere. There were only 2 tables unoccupied and both had dirty dishes on them. Our party of 5 sat at the table for over 10 minutes, and not one person greeted us, cleared the dishes or acknowledged us in any way. There were a few servers running around but they seemed very... We've eaten here several times in the past and rated it Very Good. However it is now under new mgmt this year, and I think they should review how to prepare Huevos Rancheros. All the elements of the dish were there, minus the guacamole and lettuce with a dollop of sour cream. Unfortunately Huevos Rancheros are served with refried beans... More

Food was great. Very fresh...loved the fresh jalapeno in the guac and burrito. Outdoor dining was casual and comfortable. Great place to go with the family, have a beer (byob) and relax.

This place looks out of place in Avalon NJ, but I loved it. It's in a cheerful, brightly painted building that stands out here. I got two tacos, one with fish and the other with steak. Both were good. The meat was cooked to order and the fish tasted fresh. The vegetables and tortillas were good too. It's a step... More

We spent $63 on take out from here and it all went in the trash when we got home. The fish tacos were so dry and flavorless, while the burrito was soaked and couldn't be picked up. Quesadilla didn't have much cheese and you don't get any sour cream or salsa for it. We literally threw it all out and... More

Most authentic Mexican in South Jersey. All meats are pulled, salsa is pico-esque, guacamole is so fresh. You can BYOT (bring your own Tequilla) for margaritas. Taco Happy Hour is from 3-4pm, $1.50 all tacos. The green hot sauce is not too hot, the habenero is extremely hot. Good attentive service. Will definitely return!

We thought to give this place a try for some tacos and burritos. We arrived as taco happy hour was occurring so our timing was good. We ordered a bunch of tacos and burritos as well as some nachos. There were 4 people in our party with 2 of the 4 large eaters. The food came out quick and was... More
