very unimpressed with a recent visit. In years past this establishment enjoyed an excellent reputation, but things seem to be slipping. Prices are high as compared to other competition and it is NOT a BYOB establishment.

Sea grill always has quality meats and cooks them right. We ate at the bar and enjoyed the lobster soup with crab... (Why not lobster soup with lobster?) and clam chowder. Chopped green onions made an appearance in everything they served to us... For an appetizer, I tried the teriyaki skewers 6 bite sized chunks which were sub par with... More

We like to visit this wonderful eatery at least once every year when visiting the area. This year we had filets and crab cakes, delish! There's always a bit of a wait, which speaks for itself. Salad bar is good. Service - wonderful!

Went with family and friends. We were able to call ahead for seating for 8 people which was nice. It was very loud inside we could not hear each other from one end of the table to the other. The food was good but way overpriced. Dinners foo not come with sides, only the salad bar. Sides are pricey too.... More

We have been going to the sea grill for years! Sad to say over the years it has changed so much not the same anymore. Dry steak portions are smaller and food quality is very poor. Drinks are still good but not worth spending the money

I was very specific about my allergy and the man who took my order assured me that they would leave off the sauce. When I got my filet mignon, I took two bite before I realized there was sauce on it. (its dark in there) so I sent it back. I had already put my potato on the plate. When... More

Once you're seated at the Sea Grill (In the summer that can take 30-45 minutes), the waitress takes your drink order and then invites you to stand in line at the kitchen window to place your food order. After ordering your entree and sides (all a la carte), you then hit the salad bar and return to your table. Ten... More

Have visited repeatedly since it is walking distance from our place in Avalon. Each time I swear I won't return. The food is average, the wait long, and the service fair. I am not going to retry this year. I say that every year!!!

Everyone is trying to be the next best thing. It's very comforting to go to the a Sea Grill. You know what you will get. The salad bar is always fresh and good. I find going up yo order a bit odd but ... The bar is fun, the drinks are good, they have a good wine list. I love... More
