Great food in nice environment served in reasonable time for a reasonable price. I had the vegetable quinoa which came as a huge portion full of veggies followed by an equally large piece of chocolate cake. Would happily go back again tomorrow.

Very good food with ample portions. Good ceviche and fish dishes at a reasonable price. Attentive staff. Right on main drag so good for people watching. My impression was that this is the head of the class for downtown restaurants.

We ate here during our stay at puerto ayora, I gave it average to good. Average cost for good food. Nothing really special, my tuna was a bit over cooked. Keep in mind, I am quite demanding regarding my food. Good means slightly above average.

I ate here last night and had the chef's special which was mixed seafood and rice. The service was excellent and the food was very good. We didn't have to wait. very long and there was a bonus in the form of an Equadorian band, which, thankfully was not too loud. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes... More

We went here on the recommendation of quite a few people - our guide, our hotel, and some folks we met along the way. The did not steer us wrong! Great spot with outdoor seating facing the "action" on Charles Darwin Ave, this place really hit the spot. The food was excellent - the tuna and the steaks both prepared... More

Of All the eating establishments in the Galapagos, I found that there is none that serves as good a coffe as the Garrapata. Consistently the best expresso or shall we be more specific, Macchiato. I like it with milk instead of cream. But any way, all the dishes I have tried there are good to great, and the coffee is... More

We came here for dinner after the Galapagos Triathlon and were amazed by the food. After eating out several times around the town, this is hands down the best retaurant we tried. The meat was accurately cooked to the right term, vegetables were fresh and tasty and the owner walked around often to make sure the already great service remained... More

Lovely attentive waiter who was patient with our Spanish attempts and helped us learn a few new words. Delicious food & desserts well worth a try. Gravel floor was cool quirk!

All four of us ordered something different and each dish was really good. Wait staff was attentive and helpful. Best meal we had in Pto Ayora. We planned on going back but only had a Sunday available and they are closed on Sunday so plan around that.
