Looking for a yummy treat? Just head to the Galápagos Deli for a scoop of gelato in either a cup or, even better, a crunchy cone. We were on the island for a week and had it four times. Delicious!

We came here 3 times during our Puerto Ayora stay, once for pizza and twice for their excellent ice cream. The cafe, mora and caramel ice creams were all amazing on a cone ($1.95). The margherita pizza had a perfect crunchy thin crust. Galapagos deli is different from all the other kitschy places on the island. It's the real deal.... More

Very friendly staff and friendly owner. The place feels very cozy and it is located pretty centrally. The food is delicious and the prices are fair. I went there every day to get a juice to start into the day and would go back there anytime.

On a recommendation from La K-Leta Guest House we went to the Deli for ice cream. What we also found was chocolate cake (what goes better with ice cream than chocolate cake?!) Both were very good and satisfied our sweet tooth. We would highly recommend the Deli!

We had the grande pizza between 3 of us and it was yum. The juices are good, and ice cream is a nice way to finish the meal after a long day out. We liked the mango and coconut ice cream flavours.

This Deli would be a gem on the streets of Toronto or New York, in the largely lazy and low standard food scene in Puerto Ayora, the Galapagos Deli is a diamond. The owner (the old man I assume is the owner) is always there, directing his staff and helping with customers. He obviously has high standards because everything is... More

Had ice cream here every night.....great selection and best taste (we tested a number of other establishments). Not on the main street but only a couple of blocks up - 10 min. walk.
