You Will Enjoy Your Time Here

This place has great pizza, a type of food that goes over well in the tropics. The location is right on the Malecon. Wait staff was great! We will come hgere again!

I don't think the concept of being vegetarian has really reached Galapagos but here I did manage to find a couple of choices - rather than the one token offering in most restaurants here. We only popped in randomly for lunch as it was close to the boats and we were leaving at 2pm. We opted for pizza and it... More

Going here for dinner was definitely a mistake (we noticed that every restaurant in the area appeared to more or less have about the same menu so we just chose this one). The food took forever to come. I want to say at least 20 minutes, and we had to remind our waiter to bring our drinks. The Ceviche was... More

Café Hernan is just across the street from the docks in Puerto Ayora. We had coffee and beers, but there is a lot more there. Ice cream counter at the sidewalk, snacks and entrees. Lots of fresh fish and courteous staff. Clean restrooms and free wireless internet. Worth a visit.

We hate here a lot :-) the food was fresh and the staff friendly. Nice menu to choose from and ideally located in the center of town.

When in Puerto Ayora where, throughout the day, there’s a small but busy fish market, why eat anything but fish? We ate here one night and both chose fish dishes: my wife ordered camarones ajillos and I chanced the grilled fish of the day, cooked Cajun style. Both were excellent. While we waited for our meal, a basket of garlic... More

Didn't eat, only stopped by for a coffee and icecream. Both really good!! Coffee was fresh and tasty (2 usd espresso, 2.25 cappucino) and icecream with different tastes delicious

I came here more often than I would normally because my hotel wifi did not work. 4 times in total ranging from lunch to drinks. The coffee was ok, the toasted sandwich was nice. I ordered the mushroom pizza after seeing it on another table but they were canned mushrooms & I didn't like the flavour. Staff were always friendly... More

We stopped at this family owned cafe for lunch. It was great for people watching and we are not big pizza eaters but it sounded good. Absolutely the right choice! I had a mushroom pie and my husband had the Angry. Both were delish! Thin crusted with just enough cheese for flavor but not so much that it was greasy.... More
