We ate here once for lunch and although the food was about average or better, the entire experience is one you cannot miss. Arriving casually by water taxi and the quick ride here through the beautiful harbor is a perfect way to start. Seeing the entire waterfront entrance as you drive up, then exiting the boat and walking up to... More

Not open as of mid-November 2014 and actually looked like it had been closed for a while. I wonder if some people were confusing it with the Angermeyer hotel restaurant which is called La Cueva de Gus (and is quite good)

Hands down, I don't think you can find a nice or quainter place in the Galapagos for a "special occasion" meal. The location - only accessible via water taxi from the main pier - is exceptional. We chose the restaurant based on the unique venue and not the food, but we were pleasantly surprised. This was a our last night... More

The hotel and its grounds are amazing. The staff is fantastic. The tables direclty overlook the water and its wildlife. (This also comes with its downfalls- the finches and mockingbirds hover and will peck at your plate any chance they get.) Also, the food is not so great. We had only two choices included in our tour menu, and the... More

Only went across for the food and it was alright, nothing special... Looks like a relaxing place to stay.. Walked around this island and found a nice bay down the trail to relaxing at with another hotel..

You can take a watertaxi from the main pier to the hotel/restaurant. You have to pay $1 each person to get there. The food was absolutely great; the service was good (they speak good English). The wind was coming up while we sat there, so we got blankets....so great. The price is a bit high, but you get good quality... More

This restaurant surprised us as we only really went as it was close to our hotel and we were feeling too lazy to hop on the boat across to the main town. We had a lovely evening here - the service was polite and discrete, the food and wine good and the setting, overlooking the bay, really is stunning. It's... More

Set on the waterfront looking back to Puerto Ayora the restaurant has a tranquil location only disturbed by the occasional water taxi or private boat. Both inside and outside seating available, but weather permitting, would be a shame to sit indoors albeit that the decor is quite unique. The service was efficient and unobtrusive. Between yes we had meat and... More

Angermeyer Point will not disappoint. The hardest part is deciding which item to choose. But bring the bug spray (or ask for some from the bar)! The view is incredible.

This restaurant has a lovely view but bring plenty of bug repellant! The food was good, not great, and it is a short ride via water taxi from the main waterfront.
