Ate here for lunch. Noticed locals eating soup that was not on the menu. I asked for it and received a delicious local style of soup (chicken broth, corn, potatoes, beef, carrots) which included a drink for $3USD. Absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend it.

We enjoyed a good lunch here in this nicely decorated small place. We tried their mixed seafood rice dish and found the portion size to be enough for two persons. The service was quick and attentive. Also appreciated that we did not have to wait for the check.

This place is so unassuming as the patio has a limited number of outdoor seating. However, the food was great! We ordered a rice dish with octopus, which was basically a fancy fried rice dish with octopus. The octopus was cooked perfectly and the rice had great flavor! I had the spaghetti with seafood which I thought was going to... More

Visited for lunch one day as I'd walked past a few times and liked the name and the painted walls... I was after ceviche; they were out of the camarones I asked for (though this inspires confidence that what they do offer will be fresh and of reasonable quality) so I went for a mixto. This was ok but not... More

This place had the best food that we could find in town. The risotto was to die for. We ate elsewhere but kept coming back every day, even if it was just for the ice cream!

This place was just a stroll from our hotel, so we decided to give it a go. The food was quite good and the plate size was abundant. We had a plate of pasta bolognese and ceviche de pescado. The pasta was actually quite good and very very tasty. The ceviche was alright, not the best we had but it... More

Set menus are awesome. Eat there, and sit back, chuckling smugly and watching suckers that aren't eating delicious food walking by.

Great for casual, simple, cheap, very typical lunches and dinners ($2.50 - $3.50). We even asked them not to give us the second lunch course one afternoon as our first plate was so much food. Located at the intersection of Ave Charles Darwin and Charles Binford streets, near the ice cream/gelato store.
