Excellent Choices

Many different menu choices, all good. Part of a tour package, and very pleased. Nice presentation too.

The food is above average and the service friendly but the ultra ice-cold beers and drinks make The Rock one of the great places to hang out in Puerto Ayora

My mom and I stopped here twice on our trip. It was close to the town center and had WiFi. The food was pretty good but a little pricey for us. For my mom it was the first time out of the States and this was the first restaurant we went to so having a menu in English was great... More

We had dinner and breakfast at the Rock. Food was above average for Port Ayora. Service was good and location is very good. We found the atmosphere very happy and relaxing. Prices where reasonable. WiFi was fast, important for our teenage kids.

The location is great - just by the harbour. Friendly staff and always are good atmosphere - good place to see a soccer match:-) If you want a good drink and international food, this is the place.

closer to the Pier but not very good food choices. Bit too americanized in decor like a sports bar. Very small portions and average food. Go elsewhere for the money.

Located on a busy intersection along Avenue Charles Darwin, the Rock is a good place for a drink and a bit of people watching. The Rock has 5-6 tables on the sidewalk outside that offer the best vies and a bit of harbor breeze. Like many of the bars along the street, the Rock offers two for one happy hour... More

Unfortunately we arrived right after a tour group ad and we didn't realize they were all together. Took us awhile to get our order in and then for food to arrive. I wound up getting the sea food ceviche which was ok. Great location to get a drink or small bite by I don't think die recommend it for a... More

We went here twice to enjoy their happy hour of two for one cocktails although this is slightly misleading as you only have the choice of Cuba Libre or Caipirinha. The Cuba Libres are fine (not great) but I found the Caipirinha undrinkable. It just had too little sugar in. However others were drinking theirs so it might just be... More
