Service was bad, but food was good

Had a great avocado soup and some really nice breaded shrimp, but never got my drink and the waitress never returned once the meal was delivered. Maybe just a bad night, but there were only two tables of customers, so it wasn't like the staff was over worked!

I had filet Mignon cooked rare and my friend ordered medium rare. Both were cooked to order. The service was excellent while the restaurant was full. There was live local entertainment which added a fun atmosphere.

My wife and I met some friends here the other night for dinner and had a pleasant time. I thinking food is in the Spanish style and my churrasco steak was very good. My wife had the vegetable platter which she enjoyed. They had a little better variety of beer than most of the other restaurants we have tried in... More

I went there twice. First time, I had an Argentinian steak, that was cooked perfectly. Steak is thin, which is standard in Ecuador, for the most part. It was quickly served. Had some vino as well. The second time I went, I had spaghetti with maranara and meat, that was also very good with vegetables and some vino. Excellent and... More

Inexpensive, delicious meals, with attentive service, quiet family atmosphere. In spite of the name, there were as many or more local families as tourists the 3 times I was there. Best soup I have ever had, really good pasta, and the steak with mushrooms is to die for!

Wonderful menu with very tasty grilled langostino as well as many dishes. Pricier than other places but well worth it. Not nearly as much expat chatter as some of their favorite hangouts which seem to be fun of political noise. Great service in a nice dining room, be sure to visit at least once!
