I thought that the food was just OK, I ordered the price fix meal ($59.95) and could not believe how beyond small the portions were. I hated the hand painted art on the wall, depressing. The lighting in this Restaurant was terrible. The service was A-1, that was the only saving grace of this dining experience. I would not go... more
Hopefully, you hit a couple of blackjacks before you dine here. I went for lunch and the prices were still pretty high. As chilly as it was in the restaurant, you would have thought that you were in the real Red Square. It must be that chilly to keep the 100 or so vodkas they have cold. But it makes... more
This was second visit to Red Square. The prices are high, but the food is excellent. The atmosphere is as already described in other reviews. The Chicken Kiev is reasonably priced, and reminds me of the same dish from the original Russian Tea Room in NYC. Service was fine. more
I'm not sure what to make of this restaurant. It is passed off as a Russian restaurant, but the most russian items offered are the many varieties of vodka. Unique atmosphere, private booths are a neat touch, lots of vodka choices if your into it. Food is just OK. more

Waiter came right over and introduced himself and asked it we'd ever dinned there- when we said no he explained the menu and gave us the specials. I ordered a martini (very good but a... more
Well, after much anticipation, my entire dinner party was overall disappointed with Red Square. I should have know by watching Chowdry's TV show that this was going to be a second rate charge high deliver low quality establishment. My friends and I are avid dining 30 somethings with a taste for the finer things. Going to a "5 star" restaurant... more
My husband and I dined at this terrific restaurant Saturday, October 20th - we had no reservations, and were greeted enthusiastically by the young hostess. The interior is quite dramatic, rich ruby red, overstuffed upholstered circular couch seating, and the atmosphere is quite like the old Russian Tea Room in NYC. A large chandelier with Onion Dome shades fashioned to... more
After reading the other reviews for the Red Square Resturant in the Quarter at the Tropiciana, I made reservations in advance for one of the private booths at the Red Square Resturant for Tuesday evening Sept. 11, 2007. I didn't tell my wife where we were going. It was a complete surprise. She totally loved it. It was cozy and... more
