Amazing meal!

We went as a last minute dinner on a Friday night in July. Easily able to get reservation for 6pm. Seating is close to other tables but it's what you'd expect for a historic building. Meals were excellent (sirloin and scallops) Side portions are huge, easily shareable with 2-3 people.

This is such a unique place to dine at the Jersey Shore. It has an old school, historic,1920s vintage atmosphere. Can't even imagine the number of celebrities that have dined here through the ages. Fast forward to 2015 - we love to eat in the downstairs bar where the lighting is low and romantic but can be noisy because the... More

Have been wanting to eat at the Knife and Fork for years and finally made it last night with family. The building was beautifully restored 10 years ago and still looks amazing. The food was top notch, classic and contemporary at the same time. Our server was professional and personable. Ordered a couple apps to share, but the peppered bacon... More

Yes this historic restaurant was open since 1922, as per the manager we met during our visit. A great view, classy ambiance, great menu, great food, staff that were attentive and knowledgeable. Nice wine list to accompany the most diverse connoisseur. Recommend mid-week visits up to Thursdays. Can wait awhile on weekends.

Very good food, very fresh! Staff is excellent. Have always wanted to try this place and glad I did. For a bit of the old and good food it's well worth it!

The restaurant's service is impeccable. The good was enjoyable. The seafood risotto is the dish to indulge. It's portions are big enough to share.

Went for the Friday price-fixe lunch special after watching Parts Unknown and was not as amazed as I hope. My dates lunch was much better than my crab cake...Poached Egg. Take the waiters advice!

From the old school and classy vibe to the amazing selection of food and drink, the Knife & Fork Inn is an absolute must when in AC. Established in 1912...think about that. The pommes soufflé, filet minion, and arugula salad were full of flavor and taste. The service was excellent, our waitress knew the menu to a tee and delivered... More
