Description: Amada is not a typical, trendy tapas restaurant. It is something else entirely. Amada serves authentic Spanish tapas based on the earthy Mediterranean flavors that have long been the passion and expertise of founder and executive chef, Jose Garces - but Chef Garces goes beyond tradition, interpreting centuries-old tapas recipes.

I made it here with two friends at the beginning of the summer, for a special birthday dinner out. The server was great- he had great suggestions and built a strong rapport with us while staying professional- which can be tough sometimes as one young person to another. Every item was delicious- my craft coctail hit the spot, and the... More

My wife and I visited the Amada restaurant in August of 2014, and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The meals are tapas style, but the portions are very generous for a tapas style restaurant. Wine selection was good, with plenty of Spanish wines to choose from. One of the highlights was the section of the menu that has Spanish flatbreads and... More

Had some good Tappas that reminded me of Spain & a nice Sangria! Enjoyed the Ambiance! The Iberian Pork was Great... Incidently Iberian ham is the best in the world... Enjoyed the sea food. The Garlic shrimp was excellent! The prices could be better!!!

So I visited AC twice within 2 weeks this summer, once with my husband only, and second time my father, husband and my kids. Both times we visited Amada. Our first visit, it was just my husband and myself. We had reservations and were sat immediately. The place was near full capacity so we were glad our reservations were honored... More

Excellent service accompanied by delicious food in an amazing setting. Highly recommend going for the Chef's Tasting menus, so you can try most of the menu. Such a shame this restaurant will be closing soon along with the Revel. It was truly a remarkable experience.

So I usually spend time down in Cape May but this year I decided to come up to AC and try a restaurant. WOW it was good. The restaurant is located right in the middle of the casino, so it is conveinient for gamblers. The food served is Spanish cuisine and is delicious, especially the smoked octopus! Can't recommend it... More

Getting away to Atlantic City and the Revel's Amada restaurant seemed like a real long shot about a month ago. Yet with a few clicks of my mouse and with the help of Trip Advisor's excellent rating for this Spanish reastaurant and Open Table's reservation, it all took shape last night. We sat in a marvelous cage-style booth overlooking the... More

This is our 3rd time at Amada and it never disappoints. The Spainish tapas food and ambiance at Amada were great again, and our server was knowledgeable and informative with food and wine! Its great to go with friends because you can taste so many more options, but just as a couple is good too. Servers advise to pick 3-4... More

My husband and I dined at this great restaurant located in Revel, Atlantic City on 08/16/14. I would have given it a 5 star if not for the hostess. I always expect any restaurant host/hostess to be the most pleasant and friendliest among all the staff but this is not true in Amada, she was the most aloof with a... More

I planned a dinner for 11 girls here. I worked with Nicole from their events team and she was very helpful. On the night of, the restaurant was able to accommodate 2 vegetarians, even though we had a pre-planned menu. Our waiters were fantastic and the food was delicious. I would definitely go here again if Revel wasn't closing.
