Just came out of The Forbelletto more disappointed than anything. My husband took me out for dinner to celebrate our anniversary. We've been to this restaurant before for some drinks at the bar and really enjoyed the atmosphere and pizza. Tonight we decided to try the food. After good appetizers the entrees arrived. Mine was good. My husband ordered the... More

We had dinner Sunday night the service and food were great. We split 3 appetizers Lamb ribs, Grilled stuffed squid and Calamaretti Fritti. My wife had the Beef Shank alla maremma and I had Beef short rib ragu. One of the best restaurants in Atlantic City.

Really good menus. If your looking to spend, this is your place. I love Italian. Their pasta is good. I'd also go for the steak. Went here to spend a birthday with a friend once and everything was right. Service is great too

I had eaten at this restaurant 3 yrs ago and haven't been back since but the food was as good as I remembered. Started with fresh mozzarella and prosciutto and ricotta and crostinis, for entrees I had homemade gnocchi with figs and my boyfriend had short ribs. The s'mores creme brûlée was out of this world but I have to... More

Went for dinner this week and it was amazing! We have been here several times and the food never disappoints. We shared mozzarella with fig tapenade. So good. Then ravioli with veal in amazing sauce. So light and delish. Also shared the veal saltamboca. So yummy. Whether you order the pizza or more gourmet dishes the food is always top... More

The food wasn't fresh. The atmosphere was nice.I ordered soup to share with my husband and there was about 3 ounces in a deep. large bowl. I love most restaurants but not this one.

There were 8 of us dining at Fornelletto on a Friday evening, I made a reservation about 3 weeks in advance because the larger tables are harder to come by. We were greeted by our friendly waiter, always there to answer questions but not overbearing. We started by ordering a bottle of Malbec and 2 bottles of Nero d' Avola... More

I must be getting spoiled with Italian food in NYC area. This place was okay, but overpriced. The chocolate creme brulee was a treat though! Short rib ragu was dissapointing. Perhaps they had an off night.

Atmosphere and service were EXCELLENT. The food wasn't your ordinary Italian cuisine. It was different and absolutely delicious! Nice place for date night!

Fornelletto has the romantic ambience with the most impressive wine collection ever! All wine regions and numerous vintages. Their menu selections are all incredible. Recommend the cheese platter assorted by the chef's selection. of course accompanied by wine.
