I haven't eaten at a Melting Pot for a while. This place is HUGE. I don't ever recall one that big before. After we had ordered, while we were waiting for the "cheese fondue" phase to commence, I glanced at my watch and realized that we had not allotted enough time for our dinner We called in the manager who... I went with my husband, our kids and grandkids to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The ambience was beautiful and we were in a private room. Michael, our server went above and beyond to explain all the menu choices. The food was excellent, it was a different dining experience and we enjoyed it to the fullest. I would definitely recommend the... More

My friends I try and come here once every couple of months just for a different food experience. Yes, the prices are high, but I suppose that's what you get for something unique. We usually get the four course meal which includes the cheese course, salad, main entrée, and dessert. This is the most expensive option on the menu, but... More

My boyfriend and I came here because we always pass it in the Outlets and always wonder if we should try it. After debating we decided to go in. We were greeted by Sean and immediately seated. What made the whole experience perect... The food, service and the fact it was not crowded. I hate being in certain resturants and... More

Went went here with 4 kids ages 5-13 and they all loved it. It was fun to cook your own food. They all wanted to go back the second night.

We remembered the idea of fondue cookery from the 60's, but we did not see how it could be used in a restaurant. We did not know what to expect! Well, it turned out to be great fun. There was lots of interaction between the staff and the customers. And it surely was a conversation enhancer for the customers as... More

The appetizer they do is very good, along with the dessert, but the main course is very lacking. They don't give you much food just a couple bites of each chicken shrimp and steak. you will leave hungry. At a higher price restaurant I at least expect to leave full. and you cook your own food. they could beef up... More

Came in with my Mom for a 6pm reservation. Had a living social deal which was honored with no issues. Our server (Eddie) was very good. He was professional, attentive & charming. Food was great & I feel we got a lot for the value paid. We ended up getting a dessert fondue which was extra but worth it.

Used a "living social" deal and we (2 couples) had a great waiter, food and atmosphere. We ate a lot of cheese, I mean a lot of cheese. A few beers apiece, salad for 4, the cheese dip stuff with bread, vegetables, and sliced apple to dip in the cheese sauce, then entrées for 4 cost about $100. We skipped... More
