This is a great fondue restaurant. The few times I have been here, I have always made reservations, although if we get there early there has never been a problem. They have a huge, floor-to-ceiling, glassed-in wine cellar that is seen as you walk in. The restaurant is a well-lit, nicely appointed room with booths. The booths have the fondue... More

My daughter, my wife and I went to that restaurant on September 7th 2014. We were first amazed by the very nice decoration. Sober and of taste. We opted for the 4 dish combo: the cheese fondue as appetizer, a fresh sald of our choice, the meat fondue and the chololate fondue as dessert. The gentleman serving us was simply... More

We discovered the outlets close by and I was starving but temped to use my limited time (due to a wedding that evening) to keep shopping but we stopped in for a late lunch and I am so glad we did! Oh it was so yummy and fun. I don't cook, like at all but this was a fun way... More

I've been to the Melting Pot before in New York, and usually it's a bustling fun casual affair. Not this one! Definitely a more upscale, romantic scene - but my Ma and I enjoyed it all the same. Conor was a well-rounded awesome server, pleasure to chat with and really patient but efficient. We went on a Thursday night so... More

I haven't eaten at a Melting Pot for a while. This place is HUGE. I don't ever recall one that big before. After we had ordered, while we were waiting for the "cheese fondue" phase to commence, I glanced at my watch and realized that we had not allotted enough time for our dinner We called in the manager who... I went with my husband, our kids and grandkids to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The ambience was beautiful and we were in a private room. Michael, our server went above and beyond to explain all the menu choices. The food was excellent, it was a different dining experience and we enjoyed it to the fullest. I would definitely recommend the... More

My friends I try and come here once every couple of months just for a different food experience. Yes, the prices are high, but I suppose that's what you get for something unique. We usually get the four course meal which includes the cheese course, salad, main entrée, and dessert. This is the most expensive option on the menu, but... More

My boyfriend and I came here because we always pass it in the Outlets and always wonder if we should try it. After debating we decided to go in. We were greeted by Sean and immediately seated. What made the whole experience perect... The food, service and the fact it was not crowded. I hate being in certain resturants and... More

Went went here with 4 kids ages 5-13 and they all loved it. It was fun to cook your own food. They all wanted to go back the second night.
