Nice dinner but a few flaws

We stayed at The Chelsea for one night on our way to Cape May and enjoyed happy hour here. The happy hour drinks were great (we had champagne peach cocktails) and even though the menu is limited, we liked the coconut shrimp and pork tacos. We returned for dinner and were seated at one of the round... read more

The view is amazing! This is one of the best views in the area. It is shame that the food is not as good as the view. They have a very nice happy hour menu with many cocktails and appetizers to choose from. There are pork tacos, calamari, fried zucchini, coconut shrimp, and a few other items on the happy... More

This place is filthy. there is a film on the pool that even chlorine wont kill and the deck is littered with cigarette butts. This entire hotel is a health code violation.

Stayed at the Chelsea and the restaurant is connected to the hotel. Great breakfast. Great service and really good food. Get the pancakes.

I went late one evening at about 9:30ish -9:45 to celebrate hubbys birthday. The wait staff was very friendly as was the bartender that brought our drinks out to patio area. I order a Sangria (white wine and fresh fruit) it was the BEST SANGRIA I have ever had!!!!! It was night so I did not get to see the... More

Beautiful location overlooking the ocean. Wait staff was fantastic! Be careful, everything is ala carte. We ordered filet mignon that was not at all tender and paid $8 extra for lump of crabmeat on top that amounted to about a tablespoon Look for a discount coupon with restaurant.com or this place is just not worth it

If we didn't live right next door to the Chelsea hotel, where this upscale, chic restaurant overlooks the Atlantic through a giant wall of glass, we would have never known about it. Luckily, they put a flyer in the lobby of our condo advertising the Friday night piano player and we decided to check it out. We made a reservation... More

The food is good; the scenery was beautiful - overlooks the beach, ocean and sky. The interior is attractive; the bar area busy and very good drinks, the piano player definitely made this restaurant stand out. He played show tunes; sixties songs (good for baby boomers!); modern songs, everything!

Mike the bartender was fast, gracious, and made good drinks. We had the calamari appetizer, and conversed with the nice folks around us. It was nice, with a view of the (freezing) ocean.
