Lively atmosphere!

Brickwall has a lot of good food, and some of the best potato salad I have ever had that wasn't my mom's. We usually get the nachos since it's an easy option for us since we are vegetarians, but they even have the raw bar at the back. It is usually very loud, like others have stated, but the... read more

You can never go wrong here, everything is great and every week, there's a different batch of beers every week. Can't think of anything bad to say about this place, other than if you get there during late afternoon/early evening, it's gonna be busy with a line. Still, I recommend it!

Went for a quick dinner and had the blackened catfish, Brussels sprouts. And tater tots. The fish was bland and uninspired. The tater tots were cold, and the outside was a bit soggy rather the crisp. And the fried Brussels sprouts seemed more like they'd been warmed in oil rather than fried. Bleh. Service was friendly and efficient. Good selection... More

The Brickwall is your typical tavern type dining, with a lively atmosphere, good burgers, the steak sandwich is pretty good too....actually, most of their food is pretty good, if you're the carnivorous type. But I what I LOVE about this place, and defer to it for time and time again....is their Chicken Soup! It's just like homemade, maybe better! With... More

Good food.. Was busy so service was slow. Also annoying kid at table next to us was banging his feet. Should be advertised for adults and not families

Went with some girlfriends for lunch after shopping in Ocean Grove. Mid-Saturday afternoon, little bit crowded, but no wait. Server was attentive, food was really good, and reasonably priced. I had the grilled cheese, and it was waaaay better than expected. A cool find for some Philly girls on a weekend trip. Would definitely return.

Wonderful and friendly pub /restaurant serving a varied pub menu with outstanding homemade soups and seafood raw bar. Very friendly and courteous bartenders and wait staff. Their soups are quite unique and delicious! A very good selection of beers, both craft and usual.
