On the recommendation of friends, I had dinner with a small group of 7 people at this place. We heard the food was good and we called ahead to make a reservation. Although we were seated within a few minutes of our reservation time and although the place was not crowded, it took a long while to get our menus,... More

We went to the all-you-can-eat Sunday afternoon buffet. It was informal and homey, like a "tea room" my family used to go to for Sunday lunch when I was a child. I was able to sample a little of everything. Excellent bbq brisket and fried chicken, good collard greens and macaroni and cheese. This is "heart attack on a plate"... More

GREAT FOOD & SERVICE! When I was looking for a restaurant, I came across this one but it was 710pm and YELP said it closed at 7pm. I called, spoke with Marcus who asked me what time I wanted to come for dinner. I said that I could be there by 8pm, but wanted to make sure that I'd be... More

It takes me 45 mins to get to At the Table from home but it's a must for dining out with friends or family when they come to visit. The food is delicious - my favorites are Crusted Tilapia with Yams and Greens. My daughter loves the Ribs and Oxtails, my son's is the Macaroni & Cheese and Fried Shrip.... More

This place is definitely worth the trip! I had the meatloaf with yams and collard greens. Awesome!! The cornbread muffins they bring are very sweet, they taste like dessert! I have only great things to say!!! Great place!!!

This place isn't fancy but it's cute and all about the food anyway. The fried chicken and ribs are outstanding. Meatloaf is very good, but definitely a little heavy. Mac and cheese and black eyed peas are fabulous, and the candies yams are like eating dessert. I haven't tried the cakes yet because I'm always too full, but they look... More

The soul food offerings here are unmatched in the area. They are always consistent with their menu selection and the owners are very friendly. Unlike many other family-owned restaurants, they don't run out of food. Their beef short ribs and candied yams are among my favorites. Definitely worth the trip!

Went there for a Late Sunday Buffet and were pleased. Place is cozy, service was prompt and friendly, food was great! The candied yams are fantastic! There was a large variety of southern cooked comfort food, lots of greens, fried chicken, ham.... Very enjoyable!

Very nice, great food! Highly recommend! Located on Bond Street today we had a feast with a buffet of some awesome, southern food! When you want a change with a very friendly staff I would recommend the place.

We finally got down there last night. Sat down at 5 when it opened. The place was everything we heard it would be.. Outrageous fried yardbird. I am a big sides lover and the yams, collards. sweet potato fries and grilled asparagus were top notch. The cornbread was fresh and perfect... Next time I will check out the mac'n'cheese and... More
