The best cebiche in Cartagena Colombia.... Simple like that...! Please take time and enjoy good fresh fish. The restaurant is very small so I do recommend if you make a reservation. To me was the best cebiche in my life, I did have cebiches in Ecuador and Peru, but not like this . Muchas gracias "El Boliche"

We have been eating at El Boliche for 3 years and continue to appreciate and be impressed by the consistently high quality standards they continue to maintain. The ceviche is truly special, loosely based on traditional Peruvian and Colombian ceviches, but uniquely interpreted and extended into a new dimension through the chef's own creative, personal vision and skill. There are... More

Based on reviews on trip advisor we went one night in Cartagena. Get there early or get reservations for there are only 6 tables but with 5 staff people working. Incredibly clean; you can watch the chef preparing the cerviche with such elegance and care, using tweezers to perfect the presentation. Truly inspired and unique. The crab empananadas with the... We heard this place was really good and decided to try it out, however we didn't book in advance which got us an hour and a half wait, obviously we didn't stay there waiting but I was second guessing if the place was worth it, it is! Cebiches are simply delicious and I strongly recommend asking for jaiba empanadas as... More

Really amazing Ceviche with unique twists in flavor. The food is super fresh. But, the place is small and everything takes time so be prepared for a slow night. And, it's pretty pricey.

The ceviche is amazing. I got the Costeño and my girlfriend got the Coco ceviche and both were delicious. The Costeño had chunks of octopus, white fish, shrimp, squid, vegetables and patacones. The sauce was delicious, and it was probably the greatest ceviche I have and will ever eat. The prices are a bit pricey for Cartagena, but it is... More

One of the best places to dine within the walled city! Delicious ceviche with a creative mix of interesting spices, all so fresh and at a good price. Plates are big and probably best to sit outside in front of the beautiful Hotel Santa Clara on a street that is filled with local entertainment from musicians, comics, and dancers of... More

The ceviches are really nice (a bit on the pricey side) but the room inside the restaurant is tiny next too kitchen (no good ventilation and 4 tables only), outside 3 - 4 more tables on the street. There's only one waitress in the restaurant, then expect some delays. Book in advance as it gets crowded.

Ceviche was divine, Followed by the empanadas... incredible. Ended with the sea bass which was amazing. Took a while to get the bill but the ambiance was great... we had an outside table, but not on the street, very private and romantic.
