Great choice for dinner

Came very close to being our top choice in Cartagena but without a doubt our second top choice. The cheese fingers as they call them were incredible. They came with an orange sauce and just melted in your mouth. My wife and I love cheese sticks and these are tied for our all time favorite. For... read more

Had dinner for one of the nights in Cartagena. Restaurant was cosy with about 6 tables. Service was great and servers were really friendly. Ordered prawns with garlic and they tasted great.

It's a small and nice restaurant with just a few tables! Even though we were the first people to arrive, we waited a long time for the food!

Party of four, seafood rice saved the day, good amount of seafood, rice cooked to the point, well seasoned. Posta cartagenera was a big disapointement, chewy and hard, needed pressure cooking time and more seasoning. Robalo a la plancha completely dry, needed searing and seasoning, nice portion thought.

Delicious meals in a quaint cozy restaurant. We both had the grilled prawn brochette, with coconut rice and vegetables. All cooked to perfection. Staff are great. Expect to wait for a table if you are in the dinner hours. Your wait will be rewarded.

Very nice atmosphere and cozy, only 7 tables. So pick your dining time wisely. Main dish was Sea Bass which was great. Tried the Peruvian Ceviche which had delicious chunks of white fish. Mushrooms with garlic were ok, not a lot of flavor. Shrimp with garlic was tasty and firm/fresh. The vegetables (hot) were delicious - broccoli, cauliflower, green beans,... More

Wow, this was just a wonderful experience. The staff was so nice and friendly to us, it was actually the first time in Columbia we felt welcome. The food was also great, a lot of things and big portions. We took it at home to enjoy the day after.

I almost didn't want to write this review because I think it will make it even harder to get a reservation at this restaurant but I had such a wonderful experience that I had to share it with the TA community. I invited some European clients to Porton and we all LOVED it! The standouts are the garlic bread with... More

We went here based on the TA review. What a dissapointment. I had chicken in bechamel sauce and cheese, it was a calorie bomb but ok. My boyfriend ordered the ceasar salad, which was lettuce with some chicken and a dressing. All the other ingredients you may expect were missing. Tasteless. Overrated

So as not to bury the lede: if you are interested in eating legitimately good seafood in Cartagena, do not go here. I did not try any of the meat dishes, but based on what I saw on other tables, they were basic and served with uninspiring sides (like mashed potatoes -- if you have come to the Caribbean coast...
