I stopped here for a late lunch and thoroughly enjoyed the ceviche--the best I've had outside of Peru. Excellent service and great value. Highly recommended. I fell in love with Cali and will be sure to return here when I visit again.

I have been living in Cali for two months now, and have been at Barakua twice (I've also been to about 10 restaurants in the area).
