Good Italian taste in Zhangjiagang

I liked the food very much. The taste was very good. It was real Italian taste. Visited third time and will keep visiting. You can not find better Italian food in Zhangjiagang. Little bit overpriced. Good bar, good ambience but lot of noise by people. Always crowded.

Last time I was there I ordered the tuna - and it tasted very very nice. Unfortunately the presentation was really poor, which was kind of sad since the fish was so good. Also, the side vedgetables didn't seem so fresh and were cooked unevenly. Luckily for this restaurant the tuna was so good, otherwise I would have given a... More

Zhangjiagang (not Suzhou, about an hour away), is a typical small Chinese city, relatively wealthy and commercialized with lots of big factories but very little Western cultural influence. After you've lived in China for a few years, sometimes you miss the comforts of home like an unpretentious pizza and beer and the Small Devil those things can deliver. You'll see... More

It is open daily for lunch and reopen during dinner time starting as early as 5 and closing as late as 1 or more. Biggest selection of pizzas and pastas and both are very delicious, pirtions are generous. Burgers... More

This restaurant is located right adjacent to Guomao Hotel, where I was put up and the place really rocks !! When you enter the restaurant, you get the feel of a texas bar and grill ... choice of wine and alcohol is superb with excellent quality of food too. Try the Gnocci in cream and mushroom sauce, the lamb chops,... More

that seems to be the expat living room in Zhangjiagang (not really Suzhou). The staff is attentive and nice, they have pool and a bar, a pretty big menu and some different beers. Was pretty full at 7:00 already. The food was pretty good and the price is ok for such place and selection
