The only plus point s the location and the Ambience....no matter which ever month or part of the year you visit this place it just brings a good liveliness in you...the food is average...being an italian restaurant it satisfies your authentic italian taste but staff being unfriendly and not being well versed in english really disappoints you.... the pizzas are... Fine expensive Italian (northern it seems) attached to the Hyatt. Fine dining, nice decor, and quiet, particularly by Chinese restaurant standards. Ate here a few times, always good food. Service is not outstanding but not a problem, either. Worth a look.

Great dinner. I had the tuna and that was fantastic! My husband had the pasta which was also tasteful but best was desert. Really the best tiramisu in China so far! Staff is very friendly and attenful.

Good Italian dishes at Shenzhen. Located at Grand hyatt hotel next to MixC shopping mall. A hangout place for the local riches as they are next to expensive shopping stores (LV, Feragamo etc). Much better Italian than DeAngelo @ Cocopark.

the Terrazza has very good potencial with the terrace and the place where it is. I think the service is not fast enought, we had to wait 5 minutes for a glass of wine and when we asked for a second glass for a friend of mine we wait another 4 minutes and when my friend asked for a refilled... More

Enormous traffic in the area. It takes a lot of effort to reach the place. We went there last Tuesday at dinner time, 3 people.
