We were a group of walk-in guests. We were told to wait while the manager lead a few KNOWN guest into the restaurant and the other receptionist brought another group of walk-in guests which arrived after me into the restaurant as well. When I asked her why she let them sit at the table first, she lied they've made a... More

The food was good. But no waiters spoke english and the service was painfully slow. Don't go if you are hungry or in a rush.

You won't be disappointed with the culinary experience this lovely restaurant has to offer! Nelson the Manager was so helpful with our food selection. Not overloading us with an abundance of unnecessary food. The service from our waitress Tiffany and her colleagues was perfect. We tried the Durian pancakes, although we were warned they may not be to our liking... More

Some of the best dim sum I've ever had. 150 rmb (133 rmb + service charge) per person is quite expensive for dim sum in China, but decided to go for it. We quickly forgot how much it cost when we started eating at 11am. With about 100 menu choices with English subtitles, we went crazy. Highlights were the custard... More

I've been enjoying dim sum my whole life. If I don't have it at least once a month, withdrawal symptoms will manifest; so it's a pretty deep rooted issue...;) For all the items we tried, and every place will have their specialties, so it's very hard for ONE place to do everything top notch. So, there were a couple items... More

We ate lunch here just after crossing the border from Hong Kong. It was a nice refuge from the persistent sales people targeting fresh meat just after crossing the border. The menu was very large. The option to have a la carte Dim Sum would have also been equally reasonable. We had to work to make the one-price unlimited offer... More

When in Asia, I generally avoid eating in the restaurants of big hotel chains, however we were staying in the Shangri-La hotel with relatives who don't like Chinese food. In order to avoid a family argument, we all decided to eat separately in the different hotel restaurants and meet up together for a glass of wine in the lobby afterwards.... More

Not sure if they were understaffed, but stopped in for dinner and the service was terrible. The waiter apologized for forgetting about us. Would not recommend. The food was average and not worth the price.
