High quality, very good service, a bit pricey

Buongiorno Restaurant is by far able to compete with high quality Italian restaurants in Italy. Giovanni will warmly welcome his hosts offering a rich choice of high quality food along with a huge selection of wines from all over Italy (Leone de Castris to name one). Very good service, dependable quality, a nice atmosphere. It's a little pricey, but you're in a nice Italian restaurant in DongGuan. The interlude is worth the cost.

I recently ate here with a few friends for a quick business dinner. We happened to walk by and thought it looked nice. We ordered an antipasto platter and a pizza. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of both dishes. I love my pizza and this was in the amazing category. I'll make it a stop on every trip... More

My parents and I have gone to Buongiorno for many years. Not often but consistent throughout the years they've open to the one in Dongchen. However we were furious about attitude of the manager. My parents were sure that they've had only 50 RMB bottle opening rate, and now they have 100RMB. That wasn't so much of the issue with... More

Good~great food, not cheap but not overly expensive, however the dinning area especially upstairs lacks atmosphere, it's too big and open ~ I'm not certain what is missing or needs to be done but something does it's bland, boring and a really disappointing setting to eat what amounts to very decent food. Downstairs is better but again lacks something that... More

Dear Guest, I am truly sorry our restaurant hasn't met your expectations this time. I have addressed the issue and spoken with both manager and chef. I am sorry you didn't like our "Romana" style pizza, made with natural yeast, thin crusted and crispy. We are very proud of it for its taste, easy to digest and topped with ingredients... More
