let me start with the plusses. Charming owner- knows to up-sell. The different flavored Sombai were amazing. We only came here because we read Indian food was served here and my vegetarian friends were excited for an Indian thali Now to the food the only negative - lacked imagination and taste, the Indian was so not Indian. even the Loklak... My friend and I stumbled upon this place whilst strolling through the market. There was something about it that we found most inviting (most probably the decor and relaxed atmosphere) so we thought we'd give it a try. We were not let down. The service was perhaps a little slow but we were in now rush and in an odd... More

The outlet is out of the pub street but on the way to the Angkor Night Market. It has small entrance but offers great value north Indian Cuisine. Aware of over eating with great Indian food, we ordered the Chicken Masala, Malai Kofta, Cucumber Raita with naan and chapati. Very tasty without overloading on the spices, salt and sugar. The... Just ate hete today. The food is nothing special. The service is very poor. I wanted to order some more food but this seems to be impossible because you get no attention at all.

Maybe the best indian restaurant I've been ever dining to. I heard a lot talking about this place called "The Indian" in Siem Reap, which I tried and was nice, but Ababa is clearly another level, way higher. Great looking place, great service (the boss is SUPER nice), and CHEAP prices for really awesome food. It's near the night market,... More

We ordered the chicken tandoori, fried fish and a plain naan for 2 person and it was filling and delicious. The staffs were also attentive to your needs. Will be back for more! :)

The current tripadvisor location is wrong, it is close to it though so just ask around. Went there for 2 nights, had the beef thali (6,50$) the first night and the lamb thali (8$) the second. My gf had the beef thali and the chicken thali (6,50) respectively. The vegetarian thali, we didn't have, was 5$. The food was just... More

Six of us had a scrumptious full dinner - mutton samosa, veggie samosa, lamb curry, chicken tikka, naans, cumin rice, vege korma, masala tea, ice coffees, and all came with a tang of indian-type spicy level. The owner is from Malaysia yet he warned us of the spice level we had chosen, and mind you, even though all of us... More
