Located only 400m from Pubstreet and the Old Market in a garden of over 2600sqm, Tangram is one of the most spacious restaurants in town. Our focus is privacy and intimacy for couples, families, groups of friends and even tour groups. All can enjoy a private lunch or dinner experience at Tangram as our Garden features 11 pavilions, a bar and lounge area and a secluded playground for children. Designed in the traditional Khmer style. Mostly natural materials are used around the property, giving people a real al fresco feeling while being seated in a private pavilion underneath a beautiful thatched roof providing a cool and natural breeze druing the day and night. Our staff is young and friendly and have been recruited through training organizations that focus on the training of underprivileged youth. They have mastered the skills of hospitality well and love a conversation with their guests. Tangram is proud to be a member of the Siem Reap community and supports with 5% of its proceedings 60 orphaned and underprivileged children in their development. Lunch or dinner at Tangram is a casual experience that is complimented with personal care, a serene environment & genuine Khmer hospitality.

This restaurant serves really nice food in a beautiful garden setting. I ordered the following main dishes. 1) Prawn Soup - 5 star ( Super tasty starter) 2) Fish fillet with lemongrass sauce - 5 Star ( does not look so appetizing on first sight but after tasting, found it to be very very nice tasting and also very fresh).... What a lovely place. Individual private seating areas and great food. Just check that the Tuk Tuk drivers know where it is. Download the Map from the web site and show them. You won't pass this on your travels as down a side road but really worth asking for. Food is reasonable in price and lovely. Would recommend a try!

Came here with friends as I loved the idea of my own villa away from other diners. The tuk tuk driver had a lot of trouble trying to find the restaurant, he had to stop along the way and ask other tuk tuk drivers. The food is very good, not excellent, but I just really enjoyed being in our own... More

One of the best places to eat in Siem Riep, it is incredibly busy though, make sure you make a reservation weeks ahead if possible, otherwise you'll miss the chance to experience great food in a great place.

Dear Kicka, thanks for taking the time to write up something for us. Much appreciated! You happened to visit on a busy evening indeed. There are not so many very busy evenings left though as low season kicked in. It is always indeed very much appreciated if people call in advance to let us know they arrive so we can... More

Beautiful garden restaurant that serves a variety of principally Khmer and also some Western food. Tables are situated under individual Khmer style roofs almost giving you a sense of your own private dining room. Service is attentive with the advantage of turning on a subtle garden light to draw attention to staff for any immediate needs. It is out of... More

After a day in the temples we went to a restaurant highly recommended. They offered a free pick up from our hotel and were greeted by a lovely young waitress, very polite with good English. The Garden setting and personal booths are picturesque. I ordered the beef salad and traditional Amok and booth meals were excellent! The house wine was... More

When you look at the map it's not even close to the location that it says it is, the best thing you can do is have a tuk tuk driver take you there. It's about five blocks away from the hustle and bustle of downtown., it's a very peaceful location. The food was superb, sour shrimp soup was the best... More

After seeing the other positive reviews we decided to visit for an evening meal. The menu is smaller than others in Siem reap but still has all the usual Cambodian favourites and western foods. The Lok Lak was the best I have ever had in Cambodia while the steak was excellent and great value. The setting is good for couples... More

Located just a short tuk tuk ride outside the city Tangram is one of Siem Reaps few remaining little gems. It just does things a little different. You are seated outside in a private hut overlooking the garden and the restaurant. It's absolutely beautiful. I would describe the food as Khmer-BBQ. it's very decently priced and delicious. Since it's a... More
