Welcome to Upstairs Cafe, a French Salon de The opened in December 2011. The story behind this project is very simple, combine two of my favorite hobbies, decoration and baking for my friends, in one place. I would like to share with you my Mum and Grandma's recipes. These simple cakes lulled my childhood, they are all prepared with lots of love (and the best ingredients !) In addition to serving homemade cakes, delicious TWG teas and Illy coffees and refreshments, Upstairs Cafe also offers a few options for breakfast and specials for a light lunch .

Lovely and out of the way.

I met a friend here for coffee and breakfast. It's a delightful cafe and we found plenty to buy in the shop attached. The decoration and assorted goodies for sale change regularly as does the menu. The coffee was excellent and breakfast was a full plate of excellent quality. Drink and food were... read more

My wife and I had a delicious and peaceful breakfast here. Seems like a popular place for working expats and I can totally understand why. Great wifi, good coffee, and some very tasty food. Definitely try some of the muesli with yogurt and fruit or one of the many cakes...it was all delicious!

We stopped in here for a mid morning snack and drink. There was a nice selection of fruit drinks on the menu and a huge selection of teas. I had the banana blast smoothy (banana, chocolate and peanut butter) for $3. It was delicious-thick and refreshing. I had a tasty piece of lemon cake too ($2.25) The cafe has a... More

its a small cozy little place. the food taste very homemade style with fresh ingredients. we had quiche of the day (in which the day we went was stuffing of tomato & onion). Dessert foudat au chocolate - was average. there's some products from the NGO available for sales here too.

We are staying just down the road from Upstairs Cafe and having tried a few places on the 'other side of the river' we finally strolled down to Upstairs Cafe. What a delight. The interior is light and airy, scrupulously clean, and the food prepared by the young French owner and served by her charming and friendly colleague is of... More

We ordered sandwiches, salads, chocolate cake, and a cafe latte. All was very good and beautifully presented. If I lived here, this would be my go-to spot for espresso drinks. Setting was lovely too.

Food was delicious, ham and cheese Toastie was a welcome respite after three months in Asia, wonderful selection of teas, homemade cakes were awesome. They also have goods on sale from homemade jam to quirky gifts. A great place to escape the heat of Siem Reap.

My friend and I had bookmarked this place as a must-visit in Siem Reap and it was totally worth it! A welcome respite from walking in the dusty heat, with a welcoming atmosphere and the cutest decor. We had the Chocolate Fondant and two good cups of coffee. Would love to visit again :)
