Lovely little restaurant. Choice of 5 or 6 course meal. Delicious spareribs, great appetizer, etc. We were served by the owner, whose husband is the chef. The most astonishing thing to me was that my friend and I ordered a bottle of Puligny Montrachet for $72, and yet the entire check was under $130. Simply unbelievable. And of course the wine... We decided to dine here in January 2015 after reading great reviews about the restaurant. The restaurant ambiance was nice. The food was okay with no great surprises and could have better presentation. Servers are not well trained thus service is mediocre. They kept walking back and forth in front of our table trying to be attentive but making it... More

Arrived on time for reservation and was promptly seated upstairs in a very relaxing atmosphere (candle lights, wood tone colored panels, open air windows). I ordered the set course B. Wait staff was very attentive and great at explaining the dishes as dinner progressed. It is true that they take some time in between the 5/6 dishes to serve but... More

Do yourself a favour and book a table at Cuisine Wat Damnak. The food was awesome and the staff and owner delightful. Better than Malis, you won't be disappointed.

We thought we'd try Cuisine Wat Damnak with a view to having some Cambodian food in an upmarket setting as a bit of a special occasion. The French influence is strong, with the whole set up feeling like a classic high end dining experience. The restaurant itself is quite cosy, but the tables are far enough apart to maintain a... All I can say is "wow." This was far and away the most creative meal we've had in ages (and we eat out a lot). They have two multi-course tasting menus, so we ordered one of each and split them. Everything was amazing. If you're at all adventurous and willing to let their chef be your guide, you won't be... More

When I travel I always try to find the best fine dining places where I am. Me and my girlfriend heard about this restaurant through different channels and decided to go for dinner on January 22nd, 2015. We really loved everything about this place. Khmer-contemporary cuisine. Really top-notch cooking combining Khmer flavours and regional products with a modern touch, combining... More

What a fantastic night - the food was the star of the evening excellent and innovative. Combine this with a good wine list, great cocktails and the best service in Siem Reap and it is truly a night to remember going for a meal at Cuisine Wat Damnak. Worth booking before you leave home to make sure you get a... More

Had a great meal here, lots of deliciousness in each of the courses. The chocolate dessert was divine. As I was dining on my own, I had the chance to taste each of the 4 wines available by glass (two red, two white). All were surprisingly delicious. Well done!
