We had dinner there on Saturday night and I wanted to go back Sunday and Monday night but unfortunately, they're closed on those nights. The food was absolutely fabulous. I have very high standards (see previous reviews) and this place really impressed. The food was well presented, tasty, creative, and thoroughly enchanting. The atmosphere was intimate, with only a few... More

This 'fine dining' with a casual atmosphere proved worthy of all the good reviews. Worth every penny at only USD26 for 6 courses. A special menu was also made available for my vegan girlfriend, and all courses were equally as delicious! Make sure to make reservations.

What a wonderful restaurant serving good quality Cambodian food with some French touches ( the deserts!!) A comfortable restaurant, we were seated upstairs which was less attractive than downstairs but really very comfortable. We each ordered a different menu and sampled each others. A wonderful choice close to the centre along a rather dark road easily accessable by tuk tuk... More

This was indeed a total treat. Totally unexpected. This is sophisticated fine dining at its best with amazing fusion dishes and super fresh ingredients. Stylish and classy atmosphere. Good wines. All considering fantastic value given the outstanding quality you get. Even if, as you can expect, you pay more than the average restaurant in town. We ended paying $100 for... More

There is more to a great restaurant than ingredients, chefs and a beautiful venue. You also need love and passion for food, which you can tell the owners of Cuisine Wat Damnak have. The whole experience was fantastic. The food was amazing, the staff were great, the venue beautiful. Six courses for around $25 is fantastic value for that quality....Oh,... More

At first I was a bit suspicious while looking at the 2 weekly 5 or 6 courses menus. While first dishes arrived I thought I will definitely have to run to KFC after that...very "nouvelle cuisine". But in fact I have completely changed my mind, and dishes were great, sufficient portion, and after the 3rd or 4th dishes I was... More

This was far and away the best food we ate in Cambodia. The six course degustation menu was an inspired combination of Cambodian and imported produce with a modern french flair. My partner and I enjoyed the food so much that we went back the next day to try the alternate menu. The candied pomelo and caramalized cashew frozen nougat,... More

Small, chic, cozy, and contemporary restaurant with exquisite food and service. The food is fresh and of the highest quality and all for around US$25 for six courses! The atmosphere is sophisticated for Siem Reap (but not at all formal) and you can feel comfortable going there in shorts. Carole, the co-owner, could not have been nicer and she sent... More

I cannot stress how wonderful our meal was last night, we had their newest tuesday tasting menu 1 including quail salad with green and preserved cabbage, and Siem Reap sausage (similar to the chinese preserved sausage); pineapple marinated maam with crispy shank, herbs, flowers and local crudites; mekong langoustine and pumpkin saraman- THAT SAUCE... so fresh and sweet; stir fried...
