Right in the middle of pub street. You can feel the pub street vibe in this restaurant. Authentic Khmer Food. The staff are really friendly and helpful.

Khmer Family a restaurant is situated on "Pub Street" in the centre of Siem Reap. There are any number of bars and restaurants to choose from, but I really recommend this one. We went back to it several times. Sit in the orange seats and have a beer, watching the world go by. Have a few beers for 50c a... More

We were really excited to eat here (drinks included??? sign me up!) My husband ordered the chicken and ginger and I ordered the rice noodles with chicken and vegetables; we also ordered fresh spring rolls. When my rice noodles came, there were tiny shrimp (I think?) in the dish - they looked more like orange earthworms. Since I do not... More

The menu looked great and the drinks prices were certainly cheap. Service was erratic but it was the food itself that was the biggest disappointment. I have to agree with a previous reviewer who thought the meals were pre cooked and frozen, then microwaved to order. Everything was tepid, except the spring rolls. The beer was tepid and the watermelon... More

I like the scrambled eggs and specially the fresh white bread that comes along. But the butter is not included so I have to buy a small packet of butter: 10 gram for 1 $. THAT IS 100 $ PER KILO !! In Any other restaurant the butter is included. By the way the same procedure goes for the jam... More

We decided to eat here because we were drinking on Pub Street and it was close, the seats were uncomfortable, the food was very average and the waitress got our order wrong and bought us and extra meal we didn't order(we couldn't be bothered arguing so we just paid for it)

I was shown to a table where I was left, then left for a bit longer, then a bit longer. I was just about to give up when I was eventually served. There was a similar wait for my drink. The food was nice, although I had better at other places down Pub Street. So unfortunately, it was just let... More
