This is a really good restaurant located amongst the lively chaos that is Pub Street. The service is quick and the staff have a good command of english. I had the beef ammok and my wife had the seafood ammok. Both dishes were delicious. The 50c draught beer went down a storm as well :)

Avoid this restaurant. In 3 1/2 weeks in Thailand and Cambodia, this is the only place that made me sick. I wanted to try the traditional Khmer Lok Lak, which is why we went there. The beef in the Lok Lak was very tough and not very good tasting and I think is what made me ill. There are tons... More

If you are wandering around Pub Street looking for Cambodian food the Khmer Family Restaurant is a good choice if you want a taste of Cambodia food. The menu is large, the food is just average and the fifty cent drafts plentiful Sit at a table closest to the street to watch the Pub Street crowds.

If you're looking for a good price and decent food on Pub Street, you could do worse than this restaurant. I went with the lemongrass shrimp and was pleasantly surprised. My suggestion, go to a place like this to try different Khmer dishes for a decent price. It's easy to always order the same thing at the various restaurants in... More

Located on busy Pub Street. Wide selection of Khmer dishes with a few western choices. The food tastes good but the the restaurant is rough round the edges. The menus are tatty, there are stains on the table cloths and the plates are all plastic! It's a good place to sample Khmer food but there are better restaurants if you... More

Located on the pub street the restaurant serves great Cambodian food. The local beer was good and we sat on the outdoor terrace. Good ambience and service and very well priced.

thoroughly enjoyed this place. First taste of Amok (local style curry) washed down with good beer (0.50 cents a glass). Facing Pub Street it is a cracking place to people watch and banter with the locals. Highly recommend for all.
