Friend Fried is the cutest Spelling mistake ever.

Lovely place, good food, reasonably priced. And they wrote "Friend Fried" instead of "French Fries" on their menu which cracks me up every time. :)

This restaurant is situated among many other restaurants and is small compared with its' neighbours. Family run, staff treat customers as if it is an honour to have them dine in their establishment. Food is plentiful and reasonably priced and menu is sufficient to tempt the fussiest diner. A good selection of both western and Khmer food. Atmosphere and décor... More

Good food, good menu variety, reasonable prices! I returned to Father's Restaurant in Siem Reap again this year. Lucky for me I popped in when I did as they were closing that night for several days for Chinese New Year. I ordered spicy pork ribs and beef lemon soup. Both were delicious, but I couldn't stop eating the spicy ribs,... More

I had lunch at this place and both the service and the food were very nice. I paid 4 usd for a curry and a soda water. I came back the same day in the evening and sampled something different. They serve fresh coconut's here, they are incredibly big. Service and food were again very good. The place is very... More

I was attracted by their tagline 'Western standards at local prices'. Well, I'm glad to report that they certainly lived up to their tagline! Service was good and the food was great. I wanted to try the fried pork but the service staff recommended the salted spicy fried pork rib instead, which I did and which tasted awesome! The Khmer... More

Took some friends here for lunch yesterday - all up we were 13 people and they were very accommodating for us. It's not the cheapest in the Old Market ($3-4 for an average meal and $1.50-2 for most drinks) but the prices are similar to a number of other cafes in Siem Reap They have a very large menu ranging... I am hungry and I go for a walk around Pub Street to find place for dinning. I heard people say that Father's Restaurant is good. First stand in front and ask the service there if they have sear available. I lucky that they have a seat, I go inside and sit down. I order Cappuccino cafe, spaghetti, and fresh... More

It's a simple and nice restaurant, the food we ordered was good and prices were relatively cheap. The staff were nice, there aren't any hot drinks on the menu but when I asked if they had tea she brought us some cups with tea from the kitchen, free of charge. Good place, good value!

Had a great time, thought there are not so many vegetarien options, the spring rolls with roasted sesame were great, and the employees (it's a familial place I believe) nice and friendly. It's a small restaurant open on the street, very local, with good quality food and nice prices, I will come back again for sure.
