Yummy! =p

We ordered Tofu Satay & Pomelo Salad for starters. Very stylish and refreshing beginning of the meal. And then the most famous and popular Amok Fish, one dish must to try. The green leaves inside are certainly the highlight! The grilled eggplant & the Squid with Kampot Peppercorns are also good... read more

I found the Sugar Palm to be a bit more hype than substance. The restaurant itself is a wonderful setting and the staff is friendly and competent but... The food was not so great. A mixed bag of starters (cost approx. $25) was unimpressive with the chicken satay managing to be all but tasteless. The same for the main courses,... More

We visited Sugar Palm as it was part of a package and chosen by Trailfinders - great choice. The staff were warned in advance about one of my kids who has a nut allergy and were total switched on about it. We were able to relax and enjoy the flavoursome delicious food. Also drinks were cheap compared to Vietnam prices... More

I went here my last night with my travel companions and we had an excellent meal. Service wasn't great but I have gotten used to that in certain cities. It was fine and didn't detract from the meal. The crispy spring rolls were delicious and I also had the seafood with basil, which was very tasty. High recommended!

Not the best place we went to in Siem reap but adequate. Upmarket surroundings and the fish amok was pretty good. Lacked some atmosphere imho and wouldn't rush back as there are more memorable restaurants in the neighbourhood

Arrived there at 5:00 p.m., but they don't open until 5:30 p.m. The waitstaff still open the gates and invites us upstairs. The bartender, who later waits on us, immediately whips up a few delicious drinks and made us comfortable until the restaurant opens. Food is great, especially the chicken skewers and fish curry. No air condition but the there... More

Loved the old and atmosphere. The perfect place to try out high quality local fare. Delicious and reasonable prices.

I booked the sugar palm due to other trip advisor reviews and we weren't disappointed. The restaurant is in a lovely setting, the service is good (a little officious and lacking in genuine warmth but not rude), and the food is delicious. The spring rolls were the best I have ever had (something to do with the way they fry... More

We ate here twice. The first night we had fish amok, served in a coconut dish. It was delicious and the service superb. It's also a lovely decor. We tipped between 10-15%. We were so happy we went again a second night, that time our service was poor. Maybe they expected a bigger tip as we raved about the food,... More
