Lovely food and charming service

We tried Paris-Saigon based on the very positive TA reviews so thank you all. It was a short walk from our hotel, Shinta Mani, and easy to find. We went there to have a bowl of Phở but we were disappointed to hear that phở is not available in a restaurant with Saigon in its name! But, once we got over our disappointment, what we did find is a tiny little restaurant with dishes packed with flavours from cities in its name. The French owner was charming. The... More

Loved the Paris-Saigon! The owners, a French architect and his Khmer wife, were very sweet. With its red-brick walls and M.C. Escher decor, the tiny little restaurant feels like an intimate and sophisticated trip to Paris, with food as delicious as any you would find there. It serves both Vietnamese and Khmer food. The beef filet was fantastic and only... More

With only five tables, Paris Saigon serves up atmosphere as well as delicious food. The walls of this cozy restaurant are covered with reproductions of ML Escher, and the charming French owner makes certain his guests are happy. We ordered from the Paris part of the menu, and have promised ourselves to return soon and sample the Saigon food.

A little on the pricey side but very good food. We had the steak with French fries and spaghetti carbonara. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Would recommend to anyone wanting a change.

The restaurant has a French and a Vietnamese menu. As a French-American couple visiting an Asian country, my wife and I decided to go for the Vietnamese carte. We were not disappointed. The owner looks after his guests with great attention, and the dishes were perfectly prepared: the fish was moist, the chicken with ginger was excellent. Both of us... More

The French old gentleman (owner) welcomes you and the entrance. He cares who he "invites" into his home and the signs of the tables show "reserve" as if he protects the guest from on-wanted guest - not a uncommon trick in Paris. The menu is French with a twist, but we went for onion soup, beauf au poivre, cheese and... More
