Found this place while walking from hotel to Pub Street. The price is considered reasonable and we had food of good quality, nice ambiance and good service due to its intimate surrounding (5 tables service max 20 people). Tried their pork cooked in red wine and served with ratatouille, beef steak, Pho Bo and Carbonara Spaghetti. Good stuff.

This restaurants is centered around a Parisian and Vietnamese cuisine in a very clever way. The food is overall good. I had the chef's special on the Parisian side (a pork in red wine reduction with ratatouille) and some spring rolls as appetizer. While both dishes where very well made (specially the spring roles) the price is very for Siem... More

An unexpected one-off in Siem Reap: a small intimate French restaurant with a Vietnamese/Chinese twist. Excellent food, calm surroundings, friendly and courteous service (helps if you speak French). And they do absinthe if you've always wanted to try it.

Real French cuisine in an air conditioned restaurant. Great to be offered water and bagette as an expected extra. Proper tablecloths, napkins and cutlery. Wonderful background music by Bach. Most enjoyable evening. Thanks

Calm place in a busy Siem Reap. Good variety of excellently cooked food which is French influenced, but always with a dash of Cambodian flavors, bien sur.

A fantastic little spot away from hectic pub street, Paris Saigon was a treat! My friends and I had an authentic, delicious meal of spring rolls, pho and a cheese platter that was by far the best food we had in Siem Reap. The wine list was for the most part, French and was full of choice. It was on... More

The owner is a french and his chef is also his wife served a very nice taste of steak cruisine and other Vietnamese food which I had and it was unforgetable. You may try to have 1 or 2 glass of red house-wine to inspire your taste upon having steaks and increasing your spirit after a long walking day in... More

Nicely set in a small restaurant. Small menu but the food is lovely. Make sure you have your steaks medium done as the local beef tend to be a little chewy.

Nice cozy restaurant, we felt like we were in Paris. The steak au poivre was excellent, however the chef's "specialty" (fish) was served burnt and therefore tasted awful... It felt like a mistake, as everything else was so good. Still, I would go back and stick to the French menu.
