Description: Wok Republik", is an open plan kitchen where customers will get to see expert chefs cooking their meals, a show with flashes of flame from the wok, and plenty of flair from the chefs. Appropriately, "All About Wok" is the motto of Wok Republik, there will be a large selection of dishes and many styles of Asian food from which to choose - all cooked on the Wok. A signature dish will be the "BBB" Black Bean Beef and Noodles, a classic with the chefs special touch - definitely has to be tasted.

This feels like the most traditional way to eat in Pub St, with clean happy, kind service at a very reasonable price. 14 of the most exotic flavours to cook along with noodles, soup & rice is just nice after long treks around the temples. Great atmosphere & cold cold drinks!

After walking the Pub Street area in Siem Reap, Cambodia looking for a suitable restaurant for dinner we finally decided on the Cambodian BBQ Restaurant. We were attracted by the variety of different types of meat that were offered, crocodile, ostrich, kangaroo to name a few. We really enjoyed the different types of meats we had never tried before. Our host... More

After seeing the various Cambodian/Khmer barbecue restaurants all around Pub Street we decided to try this restaurant. Thankfully, it's not on Pub Street (tourist trap street), but rather down one of the lovely passageways that lead to and from larger roads. I guess the easiest way to explain the barbecue it is it's kind of like a steamboat around the... More

Well it's not like a BBQ at home so that makes it something different for a start. However, for me that's where the experience ended. There were some novelty meats e.g. crocodile and shark (actually it's dogfish) but after that there isn't a great reason to recommend this form of eating. There are a number of restaurants offering BBQ next... More

9usd for 1pax or 16usd for 2 pax was a bit too much for small strips of 7 kinds of meat for the hot pot. Soup and vegatables were unlimited though. But quite an experience to try crocodile meat. Service water not available. Location is great, right in the middle of pub street.

taste is just ok while its fun to try Cambodian BBQ. A bit similar to korean copper pan BBQ though. a bit expensive (about usd10-15 per person) compared with other options nearby. recommend to those who want to have a different try of Cambodian food, but not a must-eat restaurant.

We had the traditional Cambodian BBQ. It is 13, yes 13 different meats and fish that includes Kangaroo and Shark. It is a very amusing evening and a lot of fun preparing your own meat and discussing flavors and textures etc. A must do for sure!

Went to the one at Pub Street. This place caught our eye as they served quite a number of meat. 13 types (I can't remember all) from what we ordered - the usual - chicken, beef, pork, fish (local catfish), prawn, squid to the not-so-usual - crocodile, kangaroo, frogs, shark and so on. To be fairly honest, the variety was... More

The selection of meat... Wow. Where else can I try kangaroo, ostrich, crocodile, dogfish (shark), and squid for the first time? Maybe we should have asked the cooks to cook it for us because I think we didn't cook half the stuff right, but oh well! The experience was fun. There are plenty of mock restaurants around so if Cambodian... More
