Eat here!

Last night in Siem Reap we ate here based on the recommendation of our excellent guide, Mr. Khemrink. He wasn't kidding. It's in the middle of the city, off of a main street trucked in behind an iron and stucco wall. You wouldn't necessarily see it if you weren't looking for it. Beautiful setting... read more

We have been to Viroths on several occasions and have enjoyed it immensely, the food, the service and the atmosphere are all great. If you are in Siem Reap it is a must.

Initially, our meal was preset as it was included in the package from Viroth Hotel. As I have some dietary requirements, I was able to change my selection without any difficulty. The staff was overly accommodating and the food was excellent. My friend who had the set menu, was just as happy with the selections. We returned again for lunch.... More

Had an early dinner (6pm due to little ones) and the place was quiet and we felt like we had a waiter all to ourselves, so I'd say service was very very good! Actually I think we could have had about 3 waiters waiting on us as they were very interested in our "go-fish" card game - they started hovering... More

I will start by saying that our first meal at the restaurant was included in a package we had at Viroth's Hotel. We were not allowed to order from the menu, instead we were served pre selected choices. At first I was disappointed but all that changed when I tasted the food. Neither my wife or I are very adventurous... More

Loved the ambiance. The food was good. Loved the Fish Amok. It is a great place to have some cocktails and a nice quiet dinner. Could get a little hot though but we still enjoyed the al fresco dining experience.

I had high expectations after reading about Viroth on Internet and guide book. Went today for lunch and while it is a nice looking place, the food was not spectacular. In fact I've had better food on and around Pub Street. Ordered Khmer country salad that was quite bland. Then ordered what waiter said was super spicy - the chili... More

After having read some reviews on trip advisor - my friend and I decided to give this place a whirl. I'm pleased I did. We had a warm welcome from the waiter. It had some lovely little colourful lamps & had a nice relaxing feel to the place. Food is reasonably priced. I had the pork & shrimp glass noodles.... More
