I was travelling with three vegetarian teenagers so this restaurant was much appreciated. The food was excellent and the menu very varied so we could go there two nights in a row and have completely different food. Very reasonable. The only downside was the slow service.

We first visited the cosy & classy restaurant in Khum Svay Dangkum. Thinking it would be a very expensive restaurant, we were dead wrong... the price is comparable with the lunch you would have on the Angkor temples tour! We had Amok Puff, Mushroom Pot and Re-discovering tofu dishes. Both are very original and natural in taste. As for the... More

I was very impressed with our meal. We were a group of five so we were able to order many different dishes to share. Everything was delicious - and this is coming from a New York foodie. The wedding day dip was a standout along with a green Thai basil pesto appetizer served with veggies. The monsoon salad as many... More

We visited the restaurant which is across the street from the Blue Pumpkin on Pub Street. A small restaurant in the alley with sitting upstairs as well. Food was okay and I had anticipated better after the rave reviews on tripadvisor. We had the spring rolls and 5 entrees to share and while the taste was good, we had expected... More

This review is for the Chamkar restaurant one street over from Pub Street (I think it's Street 9). The Monsoon Salad is delicious. We came back a second day just to have it. We also enjoyed the Wedding Day Dip, curries and spicy soup. They have good variety on their menu, and the service is friendly and efficient. The restaurant... More

I had planned to try Chamkar on numerous occasions but had always been sidetracked by some other intriguing impromptu street eats. Consequently, the built up anticipation of tasting this menu that the TripAdvisor community had so raved about may have biased me a bit, unfortunately not for the best. Chamkar is a quiet restaurant tucked away in the Passage and... More

We loved the food in Cambodia and this place was stand out. Fresh vegetarian food, some interesting choices, we went twice during our stay - but it's a small place and gets crowded fast!

OMG! This food was so, so, so very tasty! My husband and kids were dubious because even though we generally don't eat meat, they get nervous about going to a "vegetarian" restaurant. That nervousness was gone at first taste. Can the vegetables get any fresher? Can the flavors get more innovative and perfect? I don't think so. The dishes on... More

I sometimes like to choose vegetarian restaurants because they make more effort to get flavour into the dishes without relying on meat. I ordered the aubergine starter which was ok. The bread was good and the veg dipping stick we're fine. The main course was a stirring curry. This was promised to be thick and creamy. It was a disappointment... More

Nice small place, difficult to find, but definitely worth a visit. It's in the heart of pub street alley Food was awesome , ambience nice , portions generous. We had tamarind juice, glass noodles , mixed vegetable curry in coconut base, this was served with brown rice.
