A MUST-- do not miss out!

My only regret is I found this vegetarian restaurant on my last night in Cambodia and thus it was my last meal in Siem Reap. It was the best meal I had in Cambodia. My Husband and I ate here for 2 of our lunches while visiting Siem Reap. All were delicious. The prices were great too. We are both vegan, so had no trouble eating mostly all of the menu. I researched this prior to traveling to the area, but felt great after our own hotel, Shinta Mani Club, recommended it to us.... More

This restaurant serves the most delicious fresh Cambodian vegetarian food in all of Siem Reap. The portions are just the right size and variety. The place is clean and the staff very friendly .Once we found this place we ate here every night. Perhaps a few more fans would help in the hot times! But even so it's worth it .Definitely... More

I wasn't too satisfied with my food, thought it was a bit bland, but my girlfriend loved her green curry! The food was healthy, clean and home made, some more options in the menu would be good and some more spice. But this was a good dining experience, great service and a beautiful location. It was way better than Peace... More

The place was almost empty the night we went, but it looks like it would be a peaceful, charming spot even when busy. It's all outdoors, so don't expect air-conditioning: it could be hot during the day. We were there on an evening when the daytime temp was 95F, and it was comfortable but not cool. The style looks a... More

After dining at Chamkar (both locations) 3 days in row and taking a cooking class with the chef, I am so impressed with the place. They have such a respect for ingredients; everything is prepared fresh. The combinations of flavors are inventive and almost mind-blowing at times. The decor is relaxing and modern at the 2nd location. Really, bravo team!

Nothing can beat this place when it comes to having Pure Vegetarian Khemer - the local camboidan food. Especially being an Indian - Hindu, it is so nice to have good Vegetarian food at a French Owned Restaurent. Highly recommended. One should eat holiday dip, Raw mango salad.
