I took my wife to dinner instead of cooking recently as we live close by. The staff are pleasant, but do not communicate effectively in English. The sushi was fresh, but expensive compared to other local sushi restaurants. We will return for the convenience and quality, but I prefer Yuki Hana in Brigantine for overall quality and value.

We have been eating here for more than 10 years, always Great! We mostly sit at sushi bar. They have booths too where you have take your shoes off. Its Byob but they will provide free sake. They offer brown rice with your sushi which I love (can't say same for overpriced izakaya @ borgata with small $$$ sushi with... More

Their lunch specials are a great, their rotating specials are always phenomenal, and the girls that work their are friendly and quick. They're hibachi is great and fun, a family favorite for birthdays! I would recommend it to everyone!

I used to live in Japan, and this is not authentic Japanese cuisine. I think, perhaps, the chefs may be Chinese. The sauces are a bit too heavy to be Japanese. We had the tuna with crabmeat sushi--the tuna was mushy and the sushi wasn't rolled tightly. The miso soup was good but the tofu pieces so tiny. The ginger... More

On way to AC, stop at this place. Not only will this route provide a shortcut, but the hibachi food and presentation is better than any I've experienced- and I've had a lot.

This restaurant has a full sushi and restaurant menu as well as hibachi. On this occasion, we went hibachi. If you have gone to a hibachi restaurant, you know what you will get. It is the same routine from the cracked eggs and onion volcano to the mouth food toss. It was well executed and the food was tasty, but... More

We had dinner at Mt. Fuji on Saturday night. Although we arrived a little early (around 6:30), the place was empty with the exception of a bachelorette party at one of the hibachi tables. The staff was nice, and very attentive. But we were a little concerned about the place being empty on a Saturday night, so we decided to... More

If you love excitement, great food, and an experience you'll never forget, then this is is the place for you! I went here once for my birthday, and even when you walk in it is an incredible thing. The food there was amazing, and the waiters are incredibly nice and friendly. There is a lot to do here, and I... More

I love sushi and Japanese cuisine. Mountain Fuji is neither a revelation nor a disappointment. We went with a larger group of seven, and it was all ok, - average. I may go back because there are not too many choices in the area. We did not do the hibachi. It's BYOB, I learned. No discount for people from the... More

I had an otherwise pleasant meal here last week but woke up in the morning to 2 straight days of oily diarrhea. Turns out the expensive "white tuna" hibachi is a cheap cut of escolar, a fish that is banned in many countries including Japan and known to make you sick 100% of the time!! I wish there was some...
