I get breakfast at Sunryser about once every 2 months. I take one of my sons for a father-son outing. The food is very good. My sons almost always order the chocolate chip pancakes. They are large and even my 12 year old can't finish them. I enjoy one of the special omelets or egg sandwich (with 2 eggs). If... More

Have eaten there in past and it was good but recently received bad service. Maybe the waitress was having a bad day.

We ate at Sunryser today with our family. It was busy as always and the service was still great. We have been going to Sunryser for a long time and they are always great. The food is good and the atmosphere is quaint. We will definitely be back.

We eat here often, it is right down the street from where we live...! We always love eating at Sunryser, and have been eating breakfast here for years, as new owners have come and gone...! We love the great food and service you get at this restaurant, and we love the country atmosphere with antique's throughout their small dining rooms.... More

We stopped in for breakfast after reading the reviews. I am a big fan of creamed chipped beef and reviewers said it was great! It was good but not great. The portions are large and the service is exceptional. It's like eating in an old general store. My husband ordered the Lumber Jack that was awesome and cooked the way... More

This small breakfast and lunch room is so quaint and the breakfast so good, you have to stop in. The setup is like an old country store with metal pull-out tables. The breakfasts are very reasonable and have the home cooked feeling for sure. I always get the Lumberjack which has 2 eggs, anyway you'd like, bacon, sausage, home fries... More

Drove by this place on my last visit to the Atlantic City area. This time I decided to stop in for breakfast. Opens at 730 a.m. on weekdays. Nice local place. Waitress was friendly food was hot and reasonably priced. They had these huge homemade muffins that I wished I had try. Few local folks there. Wished they open earlier... More

We are annual visitors to the area and always make a stop at the Sunryser. It feels like you're walking into a restaurant in Mayberrry. The food is comforting and tasty and it's just nice to find a place that stays the same year after year. We have gone there with 20 family members and they give us the use... More
