Great suggestion, yes, crab cakes are great, then we tried the crab bisque, shrimp bisque(when available) crab stuffed baked potatos, and crab augratin oh yeah,... More

Always good food... Specials can be very good. Prices a standard, and value always seems to be good.... Dinners or sandwiches., either are always tasty and they give a good portion of food. Weekends during football season can be rather noisy but then that's as it should be.

Another place I frequented during my younger years, but still a great place to go for a late night drink and snack. Mu wife prefers the Hi Point Special; a cheese steak with bacon. I prefer the spicy sausage sub with raw onions.

Went there Thursday night and it was very good. I had onion soup, good, fresh flounder which was good and fresh. I should have seasoned it myself as there sauce was not good. My friend had the prime rib special only $14 and he said it was good. Place was busy and it was trivia night. We went again Friday... More

The pub was friendly and quiet which surprised me. I expected loud noisy cheering sports fanatics. I went on a Thursday night. My waitress was very friendly and caring. I ordered cream of mushroom soup which was very salty.. I picked out the mushrooms but left the soup. For dinner I had Chicken Marsala, baked potato and broccoli. The Chicken... More

Our friends, who are real bargain-hunters, wanted to come here on lobster night. When we arrived, the place was hopping, and it struck me as a true pub/bar, rather than a dinner venue, but since we were not alone, we persevered. The waitress had a sling/band on her arm, and made unpleasant remarks about being overworked and underpaid. And, she... More

The high point is a great place to go for a good dinner or to stop by for a cold beer. We stop and eat while we are in town for work It's a local restaurant, but they make you feel part of the crowd when your there. I've had anything from a big dinner to a burger and fries... More

We were killing time driving around waiting for our 4:00 check in at a local hotel and decided to stop for some lunch and were soon glad we did! I had the Balboa, which was a hot roast beef and Swiss with garlic and butter on a kaiser roll....soo good I was sad it was gone! My husband got the... More
