The pub was friendly and quiet which surprised me. I expected loud noisy cheering sports fanatics. I went on a Thursday night. My waitress was very friendly and caring. I ordered cream of mushroom soup which was very salty.. I picked out the mushrooms but left the soup. For dinner I had Chicken Marsala, baked potato and broccoli. The Chicken... More

Our friends, who are real bargain-hunters, wanted to come here on lobster night. When we arrived, the place was hopping, and it struck me as a true pub/bar, rather than a dinner venue, but since we were not alone, we persevered. The waitress had a sling/band on her arm, and made unpleasant remarks about being overworked and underpaid. And, she... More

The high point is a great place to go for a good dinner or to stop by for a cold beer. We stop and eat while we are in town for work It's a local restaurant, but they make you feel part of the crowd when your there. I've had anything from a big dinner to a burger and fries... More

We were killing time driving around waiting for our 4:00 check in at a local hotel and decided to stop for some lunch and were soon glad we did! I had the Balboa, which was a hot roast beef and Swiss with garlic and butter on a kaiser roll....soo good I was sad it was gone! My husband got the... More

Hi point is one of those places people rave about. The portions are huge, the food is decent in a fried and covered in sauce way, the starter salad is actually very good and the bar is usually hopping. I don't like seafood but people talk about the bisque like it's manna from heaven. It's a little noisy at times... More

If you can only get one thing at this place get the Lobster Bisque. It is rich, but not too rich. It is creamy, but not too creamy. If you are on a diet, go run or walk a couple of miles up and down the White Horse Pike, then come back for the Bisque. Rest of the menu is... More

We had the Thursday special of prime rib, pub fries, and drink for $12. We were surprised by the quality and seasoning. It was trivia night and the place was bustling. Everyone was friendly and the tvs were tuned to various sports- hockey, baseball, and basketball. A very lively place with an extensive menu and daily specials.

Over the years i have eaten there and have take out from Hi Point. Love their food. The crab cakes are really good and their crab Bisque is excellent. The baked stuffed Flounder topped with crab imperial excellent. If you just want something small the high point special is very good, its a cheese steak on toasted roll with bacon.... More

Looks like an ordinary bar, but it is not! We take our family (kids 10 yrs old) there 2-4 times a month. Portions are great and never had a bad meal there! There spicy creamy crab bisque is to die for! Don't let the appearance of just "a bar" scare you away from here! It is on the corner of... More
