New location, great improvement

Los Hierros was always good, but their new location in Santa Cruz at the Avenida San Martín is really very attractive. It´s new location is close to major hotels, giving better access to travelers. The service was really bad, order a sausage and they never bring them, order a filet mignog and it was different, it was hierro style, no taste no salt, like a Butler flight. Order a linguini Alfredo no good. My wife order a costillar it was good. The have to really improve in the service.

Went with my girlfriend and friends , service was fast and polite , their meat slices are huge and we'll served .. I really don't think it's the cheapest place to go but it's definitely worth the money.. i suggest you get their hungry and with some cash ...

I have been in Santa Cruz for a week on business and Los Hierros is close to my hotel. I was recommended Los Hierros by a friend who lives here and ate there twice in a week. The steaks were quite simply amazing. Succulent, tasty, tender and big! I had the Churrasco de Cuadril and the Bife de Chorizo (national,... More

I stopped going to Los Hierros because the quality of the meat served varies greatly over time. Apparently local beef is sometimes substituted for Argentine cuts without the corresponding reduction in the price charged and without cosulting the client.

I had dinner at this restaurant and was impressed by the service and the food they offer. The steak was delicious and portions are huge. Meat was cooked as we ordered (juicy - medium rare). They serve it with fries, yuca, rice, and all you can eat salad bar. I ordered a home made fruit juice and it was amazing.... More

Is a very bad restaurant, they offer you a small variety of supossed argentinian steak cuts, but you end up with a "very hard to chew, long time waited" piece of meat. You can get a much better steak for a 1/2 of the price in small places around Viedma Avenue.

Large choice of food and drinks, welcoming staff, and good location. Decoration a bit simple but cosy enough to appreciate the excellent meat.

I did not remember when I last ate here but my business associate swears we ate here before. Food was good, plenty of it. French Fries were fresh made not frozen, they were good. Meats are their specialty and they are good at it. I would not hesitate to return. One of the better restaurants in Santa Cruz.

We are the cheaper pasta and at the salad bar, but it you like polices you should definitely get the salad bar option as they were the best olivas I've ever had. A little pricey for Bolivia but to get a five star meal for 15 bucks is very rare so I'd advise you to take advantage!!!
