This place has a small but well selected salad bar, the portions are so generous that you can share, the meat is of the best quality and desserts are true delicacies. The juice options are varied and everything is just fresh.

Visited this restaurant on the last day of my Bolivian holiday on 5th October 2013. My girlfriend who is a Santa Cruz resident suggested this was one of the best meat restaurants in Santa Cruz. The restaurant is actually two restaurants side by side and I think they share the one kitchen, One side of the restaurant looks quite trendy... More

Went on a Saturday and had delicious grilled filet of beef and fire roasted pork (a la parrilla). Liked it so much we took an associate on Tue and were disappointed- meat was of lesser quality. Go when it's busiest, Fri-Sun.

One of the best salad bars in Bolivia! We ordered two Bolivian Bife de Chorizos which were pretty good. Tasty, but a little on the chewy side, which was expected. We could have gone for the imported argentine beef at twice the price but decided to save that for Argentina! Accompaniments of rice, fries and yucca were all very good... More

I have been to Los Hierros before and really enjoyed the steaks. This time however we went to Los Hierros Grill Next door to celebrate friendship day. While we were in the middle of our meal we witness a roach crawl across the table, twice. It took a while for the staff to react and help us get the bug.... More

If you are looking for a good restaurant and willing to have meat this is a great option. The meat is excellent and the place is clean and organized. You can choose local (very good) or argentinas meat, they will cook it on the grill. Price is very cheap for what you have.

Defenitelly, if you go to this restaurant in Santa Cruz de Bolivia, you better be hungry. There's a salad boufet that makes you feel full, before starting to eat the meat. All kinds of meat are offered and all really tasty. Is not the cheapest place in Santa Cruz, but the food is really nice. Also is clean and the... More

I have been going to eat here for years, and the food is great, but they have a bad habit of not giving you all your change. Without explaining in advance it arrives at the table short and when you ask about it they say they don't have it! If you insist they act like it is your fault and... More

I have been here twice since my review last year and this icon of beef has no lost its luster. The meat and side dishes do not disappoint. The salad bar is fresh and wholesome. Service was snappy. Recommended without reservations. This place fills up late!
