Nice coffee, good place to meet friends, some good food, didn't like the cheesecake as it was a bit rubbery for the price.28 Bolivians Other things were good. Nice to go for eggs in morning as the place we stayed gave a basic breakfast. We even when and had eggs for dinner there one night. 12 Bols for 3 eggs... More

Nice and clean coffee in the street with many restaurants and coffee chops. Light meals, beer and cakes also available - very tasty.

We had a great iced coffee there, and the breakfast was really good! Expensive for Bolivia, but well worth it!

Someone told me that this is the best coffee shop in Bolivia. Bad news for you that if this is the best in Bolivia I'm so sorry that you're not going yo find a good shot in this country. The espresso is very bad, they don't know how to make it or how a good one should be...

I went to Alexander coffee one day and it took ages to get the menu. When I ordered my Croissant with ham and cheese, it was warmed up in the microwave and destroying the crispy part into a soft ball of fat. The second time I went there I went in to the courtyard and waited for 15 minutes, tried... More

Of the several times i have been here in the last several years I have eaten twice maybe four times max. The rest of the times I left before I could even get a server to come to my table. The service here has becone the punchline to many jokes I have heard in the city.

What a delightful place to have a cup of coffee. We opted for iced coffee and shared a beef omlette. There are some wonderful pastries as well. I wish I'd had room for a piece of cappuchino cheesecake! It looked delicious.
