Travelled for three weeks in Montana and the surrounding states. Donivan's was convenient to our location, clean, and the food was reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and the food above average. I would gladly dine at such a local establishment rather than a typical chain. Home town diners are not for everyone, but I would suggest than you give... More

Okay, I'm in trouble. I really liked the place. The food was not extraordinary, but it was good. And the deco was over the top, but comfortable. Those with me were not impressed... but I liked it. I would love to go back.

Good selection of beers, and genuinely friendly bartenders. Worth a visit just to take in the splendid mirror behind the bar - reminiscent of something straight out of the old west!

Get the smeltermans half breakfast for the perfect sized meal. Excellent not greasy and the ham reminded me of my days on the ranch, yum! Coffee great, my husband loved the non greasy toast. If you love a good breakfast come here. Also a random place to buy very affordable Montana art

My wife and I had lunch here while staying in Anaconda. This was our second least favorite restaurant we went to. Service was just OK and we felt like foreigner instead of guests. Worst iced tea we had on the trip. Turkey Club Sandwich was just ok. Skipped dessert.

It was across the street from where we stayed, it was open, it was raining, and we were tired. The food was stick to your ribs style, nothing fancy. The service was acceptable and the food came quickly and was good, not great, but good. This place did everything a restaurant is supposed to do when you are tired and... More

Really good food, nice people! We stopped in while staying at the Hickory house, and if you like the old style cafe/restaurant, you will love this one.

Americana comfort food in a dining room that is very western rustic. Quite cheesy with framed prints with price tags as though people who come for dinner might want to buy. I sat under a reprographic print of John Wayne and I seem to recall the price to be somewhere around $100. As for the food, I will start with... More
