Go on Kid's Night

I really like this place. The food is good and the experience is fun. However, if you have kids, then you must go on Kid's Night. Balloons, face painting, mascot, diver in the tank and discounted kid's menus. A real win-win. The only drawback is maybe a little bit better selection of food.

This place is ok the first time you go because it's a novelty. After that it's just bad food in a dark place that's expensive. Skip it.

I had read here the reviews - all the kids running around, the noise, the food quality; so, when I had to go for a birthday dinner, I was not looking forward to it. The dish I ordered was fantastic - the Pastalaya, where I substituted the pasta for Caribbean rice. The beer specials were good, the other diners enjoyed... More

We don't make it a habit to spend seventy dollars on a meal, certainly not when it isn't even a special occasion. I was shocked when I saw the prices on the menu, but we were already seated, and my son was excited to be here. We've been here a few times in the past, always for a birthday, though,... More

My daughter was turning three so we decided to take her and her older sister out to lunch. We have been here multiple times, so we knew what to expect. I ordered the Ruben and my wife ordered their veggie/garden burger. My Ruben was great, not to greasy (but did have a little grease which I like), but my wife... More

Overpriced and not much (if any) of the food is not prepackaged and/or frozen. Portions are too big. Prices are too high for the quality. Decor has long since lost it's appeal and luster. I won't be back.

We visited Rainforest Cafe for lunch on a Friday. I was excited because of my fond memories of the Rainforest Cafe that I visited in Florida as a child. Upon arrival, our two year old enjoyed watching the animated alligator at the front of the gift shop move through the mist. Pretty cool. Once seated (no wait at 1pm), he... More

My husband, two kids and myself attempted to eat here Saturday night (kids choice). It was later, so it wasn't even prime time for them. Stood in front of two hostesses for several minutes while they spoke. After they wouldn't even look up to let us know that someone would be with us - we left and ate at Bar... More

The atmosphere is great inside the restaurant. They have an extensive kids menu. Our food was really good. The kids enjoyed the thunderstorms that happened every half hour. They were entertained by all of the animals as we waited our food.

Staff was very easy to work with once they were informed of my daughter's allergies. Chef came out, spoke with us and cooked my daughter's hamburger herself. Very clean, while food was good, definitely a little pricey compared to comparable meal in other restaurants. A little noisy to talk when the fake thunderstorm happens as all the animals make noises... More
