Went here to celebrate a special occasion. Was not disappointed. My pot roast meal was cooked to perfection, and all our meals were right sized and delicious.. It was nice sitting at a table by one one the awesome aquariums. Of course, RFC is always great for atmosphere. Our safari hostess, Heather, was excellent! We will definitely be back.

Food OK, Variety of choices, Service is OK. The kids love it! Otherwise, for the price, go someplace else.

We went on a Sunday afternoon and had no problem getting a table for 7. Got service right away and was treated great throughout our experience. Only problems we had was that the food was a bit expensive and kids kept running around our table.

A great place for a 5 year old's birthday party !! The atmosphere is unique and exciting for this age group. Many families were there enjoying the rainforest too!! The kids menu is age appropriate but as with all meals, a little pricey. We used our Great Lakes crossing package from our hotel and were able to save some money.... More

Our party of 8 arrived and was immediately seated, then ignored for 25 minutes. When we finally called someone over, she apologized and said, "I didn't know you were my table." After taking drink and food orders at the same time, it took nearly 45 minutes for the food to arrive, and it was delivered to the table by a... More

We were checking out the outlet mall and stopped here for lunch with the kids. It is a tourist trap, but a fun one! The food is average and pricey, but you are paying for the environment and experience. We enjoy the animals coming to life every 30 minutes. If you've never been to one before, I'd recommend at least... More

We had a great server, he really took his time, with all his tables, we never felt rushed, we were there on a Friday evening, and alittle before the busy hour. Food quantity was enough for the 2 of us to eat 1 meal, price was fair. It was a fun experience, easy walk from the hotel.

Our kids love to eat here, though mostly because of the atmosphere. The food is decent, the staff is always nice, but it is a bit overpriced. It is worth stopping at if you have never been, just make sure to get reservations. You can stop at the sign in both located at the entrance tot the restaurant/ shop and... More
