Our party of 8 arrived and was immediately seated, then ignored for 25 minutes. When we finally called someone over, she apologized and said, "I didn't know you were my table." After taking drink and food orders at the same time, it took nearly 45 minutes for the food to arrive, and it was delivered to the table by a... More

We were checking out the outlet mall and stopped here for lunch with the kids. It is a tourist trap, but a fun one! The food is average and pricey, but you are paying for the environment and experience. We enjoy the animals coming to life every 30 minutes. If you've never been to one before, I'd recommend at least... More

We had a great server, he really took his time, with all his tables, we never felt rushed, we were there on a Friday evening, and alittle before the busy hour. Food quantity was enough for the 2 of us to eat 1 meal, price was fair. It was a fun experience, easy walk from the hotel.

Our kids love to eat here, though mostly because of the atmosphere. The food is decent, the staff is always nice, but it is a bit overpriced. It is worth stopping at if you have never been, just make sure to get reservations. You can stop at the sign in both located at the entrance tot the restaurant/ shop and... More

Great place to take your kids. The place was quite crowded. My toddler son had a great time watching the animal models. He also enjoyed the sound effects. Food was excellent too. We ate seafood. They had good options to choose from. Closely located to the outlets- so easy to go for shopping.

This is our 8th visit this year, and I can only continue to say great things about this place. Even though they were busy, it still felt like we had our own little world when we were there. We were seated next to the tigers this time, which was a lot of fun. Not as much fun as a fish... More

$105 for a meal for 5 people is pricy but every one of us enjoyed our meal and the experience. Pizza, coconut shrimp, chicken fried chicken and BBQ burger were all enjoyed. The volcano dessert was fantastic and at $14.95 worth every penny as we all shared it. Would love to go again before we head home.

This was the 3rd time that we've visited, have had a great experience every time. We are huge Disney fanatics and this is easier than driving to Florida! The food is always perfect, plenty of choices, for any age or taste. The atmosphere, with the rain, the thunder, the moving animals, and the aquariums, are the best. We almost always... More

We stopped in rainforest while we where shopping in the mall, I must say this place is absolutely awesome with all the big saltwater fish tanks, and animated effects. The decor will have you breaking your neck looking around at all the cool stuff. The service was prompt, and friendly. The food was good, and tasty. Its a little pricy,... More
