We drove by the place many times. On our last trip it was near lunchtime and we finally stopped. Glad we did. Food was very good. Service was friendly and attentive. Even if it's not mealtime, stop here for a cup of coffee / tea and some desert. Three people; two lunch entrees and one Whitefish dinner; $55 before tip.

Was there with friends for dinner. We walked in and the place was less than half full. We were promptly asked why we didn't have a reservation. We looked around and at each other in confusion. It was a Tuesday night. Never thought to make one! We were finally seated with a huff. Took over 10 min for someone to... More

We were disappointed as we have stopped here before. The food quality was just OK for the price. $75 for fishing dinners was a bit steep. The location is great on the shores of Lake Superior but I think next year we will find another eatery in the area.

Homey, northwoods decor in quaint dining room. Smelled good just walking inside. Small bar. Food was really good - I had one of the daily specials. Mostly older patrons. Service adequate. Small bathrooms.

Nice log interior. Fire in fireplace if it's cold. Fresh fish, good music in the background. Friendly staff, food satisfactory.

We stopped here based on a recommendation. We ordered the duck tenders appetizer. They were dry and half if them were raw. We sent them back. The Jamaican whitefish was not spicy and it was dry. Won't be back.

so not worth it. Had read several reviews on Trip advisor prior to heading out on our getaway and this place seemed to fit the bill on a nice menu that we viewed online etc...we were looking forward to a great night. Walked in and there is an awkward room that you enter into.Hangers all over the floor, dimly lit... More

Stopped here for dinner while on family reunion vacation. Service was very good and wonderful friendly staff. Chatted with the owner and she made us feel very welcome. They offer a nice selection of craft beers and I had the whitefish salad which was delicious. Rest of my family all enjoyed thier choices (Whitefish dinner, liver and onions and stuffed... More

Based on T/A reviews we decided to stop here on our Waterfall tours of Munising area. The outside says "ya, kinda classy" but when you walk in ...not so much. Zero ambiance, a paper sign sideways that says "ask to be seated" an entry way with a bunch of stacked chairs and old carpeting. They charge $20.00 for a fish... More
