Great food and wine

I like Logan more and more with every visit. The quality of the food preparation is spectacular and the service is great. The sommelier really knows his stuff - I usually learn something from him with every meal. You can tell that they take food very seriously here and are really trying hard to... read more

I like Logan more and more with every visit. The quality of the food preparation is spectacular and the service is great. A friend and I went to Logan for an early dinner prior to a concert in Ann Arbor. The food was very good and certainly offered a nice upscale option amidst largely casual dining establishments in the area. In a strange observation, almost every patron in the restaurant was unnecessarily fussy and demanding with their server. Perhaps the absence of... More

Great meal, creative chef, but overpriced. The deconstructed BLT salad was the favorite for everyone at the table.

Six adults dined each ordering a different entree, from the regular menu and nightly specials. We enjoyed the Logan salad and the Bacon & Egg salad (although the "bacon" is almost invisible in the crouton). Entrees included the Goat Cheese Ravioli, Wild Boar Bolognese, Short Ribs, Duck special, & Thai Scallops (mmmm!) LOVED the 3 desserts we sampled. Only disappointment... More

Had dinner again at Logan's and had a superb dinner. It had been 3 weeks since my last visit and the server actually remembered the type of wine that had on my last visit. I was really impressed. The sautéed shrimp with mole was a bit spicier than I remember and I enjoyed it even more.

After a long day of meetings on campus, we were ready for a nice dinner out! For anyone else from out of town who is leery of tight parallel parking, there are plentiful garage spots nearby for just a few dollars. Service was excellent! We were seated right at the time of our reservation, and the hostess quickly offered to... More

Had heard about this little restaurant for several years before we had a chance to try it. Reservations are not easy to get, both because it's small and because it's so popular. Dinner began with an interesting amuse bouche - on this night is was a Thai-inspired duck soup. We shared a wild boar pasta, with house-made papparadelle, which was... More

I have to admit, the name threw me off. I immediately connected it with the similar named steak house. We only decided to try this after referenced by a few people in Ann Arbor. The meal was amazing from beginning to end. We were welcomed with an Amuse-bouche. It was tantalizing and a wonderful start. We ordered the cheese trio... More

We were here for a special occasion. Even though it was a game day, the staff were personable and unhurried. Delicious lamb chops. Delicious amuse bouche to begin the meal. The wine steward is a delight. He is not at all snobbish. He asked what we were having, confirmed my choice, and made a wonderful recommendation for my husband after... More

Quite a find and surprise. Great atmosphere and very attentive service. Food was Excellent. Try the scallops - best Thai inspired flavor. My partner had the Greek leg of lamb. Both dishes tasted great. Lamb could have been better presented. Highly recommend for an exciting dining experience.
