While in town waiting for a wedding were stopped by on the recommendation of a U of M Alumni. He said it was pretty much the same and it was so cute inside. Small narrow and long, it is a tight fit, which made it cozy. Lots of bricks, lights, and an unbelievable variety of beer on tap.

This cute little neighborhood pub is located in the mists of all the hustle and bustle in Ann Arbor. We happened to get lucky and were there during happy hour, so we ordered some of the apps that were featured. They were all very tasty and satisfied our appetites. Most of the patrons are students.

I've enjoyed Ashley's since I first visited back in 1998 despite any issues I have w/ the place. The positives? Ashley's has an extensive beer list complimented by some tasty french fries and the typical pub fare. The jukebox is constantly used by the clientele and the atmosphere is perfect to hang out, catch up with friends and enjoy your... More

We met a friend here because we heard they have a great beer menu. They have a great beer menu! Come here if you want a great selection of beer. Don't come for the food. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak. It looked as if it was squirted with cheese in a can. The meat was dry and overcooked. Our companion... More

We grabbed a quick dinner here. The server was quick and the food arrived at our table with enough time to walk to the theatre. My son had the lineman burger. I had a chicken wrap. Both were tasty. Try the pesto fries with aioli dipping sauce for which the place is known.

We stopped in for lunch. They have some great lunch specials. Plenty to eat at super prices. The clam chowder is excellent. Drinks were good and reasonably priced. They are right downtown so parking can be a hassle and it's metered. Service was prompt and courteous. We would definitely go back.

Our server, Zee, was not only pleasant and fun but also very attentive and speedy with our drink and food orders. The beer selection was one of the most we've seen (given the size of Ann Arbor, very impressive). Our visit to the area was predicated on trying as many good bars and breweries as we could and Ashley's was... More

Excellent selection of craft and bottled beers. Close to central campus. Many wonderful Michigan selections. Staff was attentive and helpful in spite of the place being slammed at mid afternoon. The inside has a pub feel even down to the smells. The Stilton fries and hummus were great. They are having a Bells Oberon opening party on March 23

Ashley's has a huge number of beers on tap. It was a treat to try some of their sampler beer platters. The service was great and so was the hummus appetizer. I recommend Ashley's.
