Had a family Brunch at the Broken Egg@ Ann Arbor The place was buzzing at noon All the different types of dishes we ordered were good My personal choice was the Greek Omelette with wheat bread which was awesome ! The coffee although a local one was good too The only downside was for those who... read more

Food was great (hash browns perfect done), service was great (friendly and attentive), but the ambiance was so horrible I couldn't stay there more than was absolutely necessary. At a minimum, the worn, stained carpet needs to be replaced with hard surface flooring and the whole place repainted. Replace all burnt out light bulbs. School pennants are not decor. Never... More

This is a long time breakfast spot in downtown Ann Arbor. Decent breakfasts but service can be spotty. Tables could use a good cleaning. Menus were dirty. Restrooms are down a flight of stairs so that could be difficult for some. Love the University of Michigan memorabilia.

Stopped by for lunch take out. I ordered their tuna melt and a cheese burger for my wife. We won't do that again. The prices were extremely reasonable, but the quality of the food was poor. First, the tuna melt was very greasy and bland. The hamburger with three cheeses and bacon was just ok, also very greasy. we'd certainly... More

Crowded. Ok food. Got an omelett that was pathetic. Had a few tiny bites of meat in It. Daughter had some kind of pancakes that were ok

This place is a nice gem where most students don't go, so it's not crowded. The chocolate chip pancakes are large and thick, and they come with plenty of chocolate. The order came with 3 pancakes, but I only needed half that order to be full and satisfied. The hot chocolate also comes with an absolute tower of whipped cream.

Every city has those few local restaurants that are a must for the out of towners. This is one of my favorites. The staff are usually helpful and the prices are reasonable. I recommend any of their omelettes. My favorite time to go to The Broken Egg is in the spring/summer. The out door seating is appealing while soaking up... More

I really enjoyed my late breakfast at this place and it was fast and decently priced for the quality of the food which was high. The service is prompt and you'll have your food quickly. The decor is old, but family oriented and nice to bring everyone along for a great meal. This is the place to eat breakfast or... More

This is our favorite breakfast place in Ann Arbor. We live 25 minutes away but when we get the chance to go, this is the spot. The selection is very diverse and unique. If you are looking for something outside of just your normal eggs and bacon breakfasts, go here. They always have some kind of neat specials to choose... More

The food was very good and just a little pricey $3.50 for a medium orange juice. I could tell it's a local favorite as it was packed and had people waiting. This is just my observation, a few of the staff looked like they were miserable, running around doing everything at once and disorganized. There is no one at the... More
