A one of a kind experience!

It's the sort of place you discover when you are in college, and take your children to when you're feeling nostalgic. Just make sure to order properly 😉

We were in town with friends and decided to try this place. First of there are rules here and you must line up. I was with a person in a wheel chair who couldn't line up and when I started my ordering with fried foods, I was asked if i was ordering for two, I said yes then I was... More

Grabbed a quick burger here while spending a night in Ann Arbor. For a cheap, fast-food style burger it’s better than average. This is NOT a gourmet burger and it isn't trying to be. The meat is flavorful and juicy, while the myriad combinations of bread and toppings allow you to create exactly what you want. The line moved somewhat... More

I love Blimpy Burger and although the new location doesn't have the same dumpy-diner charm, the food and the service are still the same (thankfully). I still appreciate "the rules" and enjoy dining there with my kids. They love it and I think although they get yelled at sometimes by the line cooks, they secretly enjoy the forced independence required... More

This is a very good example of comfort food that is well designed for late-night, and well positioned in a big college town. The super skinny burger patties get stacked high, I had a 4-stack, I think you could stack 10 high. The French fries and onion rings are cooked to order and the toppings and cheeses are plentiful. Bring... More

food is great. The burgers are very good. Love that you can order the way you want it. Atmosphere lacks but is ok. But you come here for the burger. Steak fries are excellent also. This is the place for a burger in A2

I love blimpy burgers. I went for the first time two years ago, and it's a must visit every time I'm in Michigan! The burgers start at a double patty and go up to a quint. Just make sure you order correctly or be prepared for a scoulding from the cook. Great fun, amazing burgers and cheap prices!

You thoroughly experience your food here. You witness it hit the grill or fryer and by the time you take your first bite you're totally engaged. The onion rings are light, perfectly crisped and plentiful The large order is perfect for two people. The burger patties are 1/10 of a pound each so a triple or a quad works very... More

A little hazy on the ordering? No worries, these guys will ask all the right questions in order to get you the best burger EVER! The cooks have attitude but it is all part of this unique experience. The decor is diner-style, nothing fancy. Can be noisy but is also fun AND a good burger. Get there early because the... More
